The highlight of our stay was definitely the hospitality! Raisa and Nassim were absolutely amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Jessica, the owner, was equally wonderful. They genuinely made us feel at home and added a lovely personal touch to our experience in Florence.

Lovely place in a great location and very comfortable bed. I wish I'd had time to enjoy some of the treats but it was a flying visit. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
My flight was very delayed so I turned up later than I'd told them but still during the day but trying to get access to hotel took me a while (luckily I had friends to go to round the corner). The bell they had marked up with the hotel name got no response, and the telephone number in Booking.com and on Google was unrecognised. I finally got a reply through my Booking.com message and on returning tried a different bell (which had a different company name on it) as well as the one with the hotel name and miraculously the door was opened. The receptionist looked at me blankly when I explained about the bell and said she'd been there all day. When I checked out the following morning the bell with the hotel name on it had been taped over.... I was a little surprised that there wasn't a hook to hang my towel in the bathroom but it wasn't the end of the world for one night's stay. Funnily enough there was a power outage whilst I was in the shower, so it was a memorable stay. That said, I'd happily stay there again as it was a lovely hotel and walking distance to everywhere you might want to go.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, with bus stops nearby and most major attractions just a 10–15 minute walk away.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, creating a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Simon, who made us feel very welcome!
The breakfast was also delicious, with a great selection of food.
Overall, a fantastic experience! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

The location was good, room comfortable.
Our stay was from a Friday to Tuesday. There was never any staff at all in attendance. There was no breakfast, despite 2-3 tables and a small basic kitchen in the lobby. Lobby is up a flight of stairs, and our room was up another flight. No elevator. Elderly people would find this a challenge.
