It was close to the main area literally 5 minutes to the main square which was amazing. The staff were very helpful and warm.
The room was small and windows were at the top. No lifts and alot of stairs to the 2nd floor!

The location is great. Close to Rembrandt Square & connecting transport such as trams and canal boats etc. In the old centre so surrounded by canals and plenty of things in walking distance. The staff were great. We were allocated the wrong room on the first night but the hotel made up for it, moving us to a much larger room on the 3rd floor in the attic space which was very good.
As a warning to others, it has no lift with a steeper winding staircase but the staff were very helpful taking cases & bags up & down for us as required. Just go slowly and hold the handrail.

Beautiful clean rooms, very comfortable. Had air conditioning in the room and a great shower.
Staff lovely and helpful and let us check in early with no extra charge.
Great location near a large strip of pubs, bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the metro and tram station.
