The hotel’s location is wonderful, making it very convenient for exploring Amsterdam. The hotel itself was clean, and overall, our stay was pleasant.
However, the room was extremely small, so I would recommend this hotel mainly to travelers with minimal luggage, as there is very limited space.
Upon arrival, both the safe and the heating were not working. These are basic room facilities that should be checked and fully functional before guests arrive.
Another concerning incident occurred when the room attendant left our room door open, with the double lock engaged from the inside. Fortunately, nothing was missing from our belongings, but this is a serious security concern that should never happen in a hotel.
