Atrašanās vieta tuvu metro un autobusu pieturai.
Ar metro 15min līdz Kolizejam.
Ērta istabiņa.
Tā kā laikapstākļi nebija silti, bija patīkami, ka kondicionieris ātri uzsildīja telpu.
Jauks personāls.
Labas brokastis, nebija liela izvēle, bet pietiekami.
Vannas istabā bija ļoti auksti.

La stanza era nuova ed ampia, pulita.
Presenza di cucina nella stanza.
Accoglienza e checkout molto gentili.
Parcheggio

The staff was very friendly, very nice interior design, beds were comfortable. No noise outside. Buffet breakfast featured quite a variety of food: salami, ham, cheese, hard boiled eggs, vegetables, cereals and a lot of pastries. Breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Coffee was great. The hotel is about 6-7 minutes walk from the metro station Rebbibia.
The walls are very thin, you could hear everything in the room next to you.

Dobrá dostupnost na stanici metra-konečná stanice Rebibbia cca 700m, na Itálii a počet hvězdiček lepší snídaně včetně čerstvé zeleniny, sýrů a salámů, samozřejmě převládalo sladké.
Měli jsme okna do areálu kde sídlilo několik firem a celou noc zde byl pohyb , jezdila auta, zaměstnanci kteří vynášeli odpadky a kouřili, takže vše šlo slyšet.

The hotel, despite the so-called 'new part' where we stayed, is outdated and old-fashioned. The photos do not correspond to reality. The rooms are characterless and depressing. Breakfast is very limited, and if you want decent coffee, you have to pay extra. Maybe good for young people / young adults who care little about their accommodation, but completely inadvisable for families.

I liked it was very close to the underground and had good conditions. The room was nice and clean and had A/C.

The rooms were very comfortable. There was AC in the room. The beds were cozy and the bathroom was clean daily.
The breakfast was also good. There were options like fruits and veggies for the vegetarians as well.
It was worth the money
The hotel is bit far from Roma termini.

It was okay for us. Clean and nice room and bathroom, you can find everything you need there. The breakfast is good.
The guy at the reception was not in his best mood, otherwise it was okay

Coffee was really good. Air-conditioner worked efficiently. I liked the room overall.
I didn't like the breakfast. I know Italians have mostly sweets for breakfast, but I just did not like it. Cupcakes tasted very artificial; artificial jams, and not very tasty cherry tomatoes and olives were served. There were 2 types of meat slice/ salami, but they weren't very good. Bread was dry. For 5 days it was exactly the same. I could barely have something to eat for breakfast.
Another thing is that the water pressure in the bathroom was really low (on the 1st floor), it was difficult to wash my hair.
There were no blankets but sheets to use as blankets, I heard this is usual in Italy.

room was decent and reception was very friendly.
I don’t think we go the right room and water leaked from the shower out to the hallway for some reason.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they gave recommendations for places to eat locally and places to see.
We had a room for three people which was a little small, but this was not a problem.

The area was a little outside of the tourist zone but the staff was extremely nice and went above and beyond to explain things to us and help us in everything we needed. The kindness of Mirko is worth the stay here!
The coffee isn't hot enough but that seems to be everywhere in Italy with the exception of a few places.

Friendly Staff
The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

I liked the clarity and it even exceeded my expactations since I didn't expect from a 3-star hotel to have my room cleaned on a daily basis. The rooms are cleaned daily and are extremely tidy, the staff are wonderful. They are so kind, helpful and understanding. The breakfast is amazing as well, I liked everything, especially the cakes!!!
In summary, I would give 4-stars to this hotel, however the location might not help them to achieve this, but I think anyone can take advantage of it as well since the more you travel, the more you can see.:)
The only thing I didn't like that even though the city centre is 30 minutes by metro (it was written 20 in booking but maybe they didn't mean until the Colosseum but somewhere nearer in the city centre), we had to travel much and if we wanted to get home from another part of the city centre, it took more time to get to the hotel and most of the times we had to transfer by bus or with another metro.

The continental breakfast, the cozy beds, modern enviroment
It is quite far from the city center, but close to the metro station. If it works well you can reach the city center fast.
The walls are thin so you can hear every noise from the neighbourhood.

Staff is friendly and ready to help.
The breakfast is just a bunch of snacks.
The bed is squeaky and uncomfortable
