The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the medina and kasbah. The property itself was stunning and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The check-in experience was great and the staff helped us to our room. We booked the suite and we were welcomed with yummy treats upon arrival. The suite was large and comfortable with beautiful views of the the city and the sea. The breakfast was delicious including omelets, fruit, hot sides, and more. The hotel even allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hours a few days after our group stay, before going to the airport. This was so kind. We will definitely return.
The communication via booking was very challenging and the phone number associated with booking.com takes you to another hotel. I needed to call internationally a couple of times to try to arrange aiport transfers for our grup and the communication would take days between responses online. I ended up booking the airport transfer through another company because of this.

Practical location in centre of town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice buffet breakfast. Good selection - however you had to pay 30dhms for an expresso…Beautiful terrace looking out over the sea in the distance.
Very shabby and old fixtures and fittings in rooms and communal areas. Old shower fitted over a bath with black mould round the side and a cockroach in my daughter’s bathroom. Pool area cramped and no lounger cushions. Our room had a “private” terrace leading out onto the pool area but other guests freely sat on our terrace. No sugar for coffee machine in room. Coffee machine faulty. Dirty empty mini bar.
