Séjour fabuleux

La propreté des lieux, le design de l'appartement, le personnel et l'accueil en général. Une mention spéciale également pour les petits déjeuners proposés par l'établissement qui étaient excellents. Nous avons également pu tester la carte du restaurant, tout était très bon!

Excellent séjour

Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins que ce soit au restaurant ou à la réception. Les enfants sont rois :) L'appart hôtel est fonctionnel. Le personnel parle plusieurs langues dont le français et l'anglais. Bien que servi à table, le petit déjeuner est copieux. Différents plats sont proposés et sont accompagnés de boissons chaudes, d'un jus d'orange et d'une bouteille d'eau.

Des appliques dans la chambre et la salle de bains permettant d'accrocher vêtements et serviettes seraient un plus. Changer le linge de toilette tous les jours n'est pas indispensable.

Petit déjeuner parfait et complet. Personnel charmant et serviable, super salon de massage juste à côté. Lit super confortable. Appartement super équipé, salon confortable, … Propreté de l’établissement. Restaurant à 2 pas. Parking facile. Super vue sur la mosquée.

Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas un restaurant dans l’établissement pour le reste pour le reste il n’y a rien à dire de négatif. C’était parfait.

Great location and magnificent breakfast

The rooms are very big, clean and practical. The location is good and the breakfast is excellent. We stayed two times on the course of a month and enjoyed it!

Good apart hotel with good restaurant downstairs

Breakfast served in the room, good restaurant downstairs for dinner. Staff was also very helpful even after checkout.

Trip to Tanger

Sve pozitivne recenzije prijašnjih gostiju su se pokazale točnim.Hotel,osoblje,hrana je na visokom nivou.Svaku uslugu koju smo zatražili (taxi prijevoz do Tanger Med-a i natrag, izlet u Chefchaouen, Cap Spartel i Herkulovu pećinu) je organizirano u sekundi i za pristojnu cijenu.Moja obitelj i ja smo bili ugodno iznenađeni vrijednosti za cijenu našeg boravka u hotelu Flamant Rose.Definitivno preporučujem....

Marokanski vozači vole koristiti trubu od auta kad voze, i bez obzira šta su prozori hotelske sobe novi i dobro prigušuju zvukove sa ulice, ipak se čuje zvuk od trube u sobi i treba određeno vrijeme za priviknuti se na taj zvuk.S obzirom da je Tanger milijunski grad i promet se odvija 24/7, tako i zvuk trube ide 24/7.

Breakfast was great Staff at the reception were extremely friendly and very helpful. Spotless clean location was quite central

Internet wasn't perfect. A bit loud when you open the balcony but once you close the windows, it is another world.

Le niveau de prestation exceptionnel. Literie, couette, coussin, salle de bain, tout était parfait. Bravo pour les petits dej : différents menus associé à différents pays (enfin la fin des petits dej continental insipide à volonté!)

"Die Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen in der Garage ist begrenzt, jedoch konnte ich stets problemlos in der Umgebung des Hotels einen Parkplatz finden. Ein zusätzliches Plus ist die durchgehende Anwesenheit eines Parkwächters, der für die Sicherheit der Fahrzeuge rund um die Uhr sorgt. Diese durchdachte Lösung macht den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm."

Next time we will start from Tangier & stay Flamant Rose Appart Hotel

We literally stayed for 12 hours since next day we had a flight out of Morocco, so can't give detail. However, the rooms were nice, clean, big and most important comfortable.

Un excellent choix

La qualité des installations et leur excellent niveau d'entretien et de propreté. L'amabilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. La qualité et l'abondance du petit déjeuner.

Il serait utile de pouvoir disposer à la demande d'oreillers moins épais. L'absence de plan de la ville et de la Médina .

Appart hôtel de bon standing

Appart hôtel de bon standing. Le personnel est au petit soin, les équipements sont satisfaisants et de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est proposé en room service avec 3 formules au choix. Nous avons testé les 3 et ils étaient bons et copieux.

Dommage qu'il n'ait pas de navette pour l'aéroport. L'ouverture prochaine du restaurant sera un plus pour l'établissement.

Zou er niet nog een keer heen gaan. Service is zeer slecht. Locatie is gehorig.

Het was een schoon hotel. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Ik zie dat booking een score van 9 geeft. Vanwege de slechte service geef ik het een 6.

Had bevestiging op mijn mail dat ze een babybed zouden klaarmaken. Babybed stond bij aankomst niet klaar. Wij kwamen om middennacht aan wat de had aangegeven en de kleine wou zo graag direct slapen maar dat duurde nog een uur. Ik boek voor 4 personen de 3de persoon laten ze op een slaapbank slapen die wij zelfs moest opmaken als bed. Dus bellen voor lakens etc. Deden geen moeite om de slaapbank in orde te maken. Gaven aan extra kosten te willen als we een ander kamer willen. Meneer vertelde er ook bij dat de hele verdieping leeg stond. Was een kleine moeite om een 2 slaapkamers aan te bieden ipv zelf een bed op te moeten maken. Bij het uitchecken moet ik zelf om mijn 1000 dirham borg vragen nadat mevrouw mij een fijne vakantie wenste.
