Czysto i blisko do podstawowych rzeczy takich jak sklepy , bary z jedzeniem czy kilkaset metrów do metra. Czysto , codziennie sprzątane i zmieniane ręczniki .
Początek sprzątania od 8 godziny , tłuczenie i stukanie wiadrem czy drzwiami , byliśmy na trzydniowej wycieczce , robiąc dziennie ponad 35 tysięcy kroków , wracaliśmy koło 1 i chcieliśmy się dobrze wyspać , no nie dało się . Oprócz tego krótki materac , sam mam 187 cm wzrostu i niestety nogi wystawały . Śniadanie to raczej taki deser czyli kawa plus croissant , nie powinien funkcjonować jako lokal ze śniadaniem , raczej z deserem .Ponadto w opisie brak na pierwszej stronie że zameldowanie po 20 to dodatkowy koszt z odbiorem z Fiumicino 65 euro ….. słabo

Temizlik ve lokasyonu en sevdiğim yanıydı. İlgili personel ve işletme sahibi de yardımseverdi. Metroya erişimi de şehre bağlantıyı kolaylaştırıyor. Çevresindeki sürekli hareketli yaşam ve alışveriş yapabileceğim yerler olmasını da sevdim.

Die Anbindung ist gut, da der Bahnhof Tiburtina gleich ums Eck liegt; ins Zentrum zu kommen, braucht Zeit.
Zimmer u. Gemeinschaftsräume sind sehr sauber u. geräumig.
Fürs Frühstück kriegt man einen Gutschein für einen Kaffee & ein Croissant in einem von drei Cafés im Viertel: die öffnen auch früh; außerdem steht ein Gemeinschaftskühlschrank zur Verfügung.
Es führt eine stark befahrene Straße, die auch nachts gut frequentiert ist, am Wohnhaus vorbei, weshalb´s ausgesprochen laut ist. Die Temperaturen bedingten ein geöffnetes Fenster, womit man lärmtechnisch gefühlt auf der Straße schlief. Ein ausgesprochen fester Schlaf hilft womöglich darüber hinweg; andernfalls ist das Schlafdefizit mitgebucht!
