location is perfect. Safe and near to places tourists would want to see. You feel comfortable walking around. tourists spots are just walkable. Quiet place. And staffs are helpful, approachable and friendly. Our room is clean too.

Good location, comfortable room
Air con was not working well, in the summer this is challenging

Nice hotel, very clean and tidy
Limited breakfast but perfectly adequate.

Good location - walking distance to the lake and many bars and restaurants to suit most budgets, as well as very close to public transport. Although I did not take advantage, full marks must be given for actually having a stocked minibar!
The hotel is well past it’s sell-by or even it’s renovation date. The single bed was too small and not the most comfortable. Strange atmosphere - I felt like I was in a reality TV show.
