The staff are so friendly, especially reception and concierge. The rooftop pool also had a fantastic view and is a great facility, especially on a hot day as the pool is a cooler temperature. Room was lovely and spacious. There was complimentary water in the room and also given robes and slippers. I would stay here again if I went back to Florence

This hotel was awesome. The location was exceptional. Our room had the river view, which was nice. The highlight of this hotel was the rooftop. The rooftop had some amazing views of Florence and beyond. The staff were very helpful and kind.
Nothing to dislike.

Clean big room.
Pool closed at 6 way too early. Room service staff from the rooftop bar were very unprofessional. For a very pricey hotel they should have better trained staff.
