The service by Roberto, Chiara, and the ladies at the breakfast room was nice. They were always very helpful and kind. Very hospitable and that is to be expected at every hotel.
Water pressure and hot water were amazing.
Breakfast was absolutely useful and the kindness of the kitchen staff was much appreciated.
I made a bit of a mess in the bathroom one day and the HK staff was kind enough to take care of this. My apologies to them.
The rate per night for a basic hotel. I know it was probably seasonal and location related, but still probably not worth 820 dollars (exchange rates had to apply in my case, but I know you charged something in the 700 euro ballpark).
Upon arrival, I was excited to see a piece of paper around the toilet’s lid they “certified” it was disinfected. But was surprised to notice the toilet had a long hair visible when I lifted the lid to urinate. Found some other hairs in the sink as well - one of them was a beard hair.
The bathroom smelled a bit in the mornings, probably because of old plumbing.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Short walk from Termini station & also the metro. Easy to walk to all the attractions. The breakfast is also good on a back terrace.
Difficult to see the entrance. The hotel is on the upper floors of a building so no obvious front entrance, just a buzzer next to a door with no sign.

Location is very good ..the staff were really nice .. all speak great English too which is a great help .. good range of food for breakfast ..
Room nice with a good bathroom; (shower only) no problem..
Only thing for me was that I thought they had private car park.. (what I searched for) they don’t, the car park they told me about is a 5 to 7 minute walk and was an extra cost which I had thought was included .. €40 per 24 hours but also good people and car safe and sound ..

The location on Via Nationale was great. We were able to check in an hour early and our room was very clean.
The bed was hard as a rock (I even prefer fyrm,) and the pillows were hard and totally flat. We didn't know how to operate the mini split AC and needed directions.
