I really liked my stay at the hotel Embassy. The front desk staff were very helpful. The rooms were cleaned regularly. The breakfast was very nice, and if you wanted something fancy like an omelette, you could order and pay for that although they didn’t have a formal bar, they would serve you wine in the lobby or in a small patio on the side, which was a nice amenity. I was a solo traveler, and I asked for a high floor and I got it.
It would’ve been nice if they had the ability to serve dinner. Restaurant options in the neighbourhood were not very enticing.

Location was perfect as we used the railway station nearby, plus everything was walking distance. car hire place was close by as well.
I was given a room in the annex at the back of the main building, which I think was a cheaper but I had already paid, I assumed I would get a room in the main building. The room (206) did not have any emergency instruction, the telephone did not work, there was no hotel information. The room AC unit was exposed with pipes etc. It did not have any cover on it., no instructions on how to control or switch of the AC. I complained to the reception staff but they were not interested. The hotel bar was part of the main reception and very limited drinks menu. For a 4* hotel this was not acceptable. I have stayed in 3* hotels which were better than this one. Breakfast was ok pastries were not fresh, not enough variety of fruits, cakes were dry.

Amazing location ! Very close to SMN train station. Very comfortable to walk around. Sandro and Luca was amazing 😻 Always ready to help which makes the stay more comfortable!
should have plug ins for curling iron or straightening hair devices.

Room size was okay. Toilet space fair. Breakfast reasonable. facility close to train station.
Aircondition is old fasioned, not very good. It took time to feel better with the aircondition in the room. The wall cabinet was smelly and we did not able to use that because of bad smell. The elevator was very old and frightening. The room refrezarator door was malfunctioned and seemed not in good condition
