The proximity to Ypres centre, about 5-10 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. This was our second time staying here and would definitely stay again. Parking was easy, lots of spaces.
The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks but some of the “hot food” was cold. Perhaps it was the time we went to breakfast 9am (stopped serving at 10am) Or the fact they are on warming plates with the lids off so the top bits were cold. This would not put me off staying again though.

Nice atmosphere, great location, very comfortable, brilliant staff, tasty food.
Shower was dangerously slippery when wet, and the water was quite weak. It also leaked onto the floor as it ran down the side and out.
