Nice spacious rooms in main building. Excellent breakfast. 30min walk into town or 20e for a taxi - good option for 4 people.

Breakfast room was very good and choice of food very good,
Refrigerator in room did not work, tables in in breakfast room were not cleared of used dishes did see any staff clearing tables, or any staff on duty.

It had plenty of parking
It was quite a distance from the town. It needed some tlc.

Location was okay for getting into the centre of Ypres and breakfast was decent.
The room was too basic, no window, just a velux opening. For this price I would have expected more in-room supplies (stayed in a small hotel on outskirts of Ghent with more complimentary items for less money).
