Room was spacious with AC , views on the Doumo
The hotel is on 3rd floor , there is a small elevator
Staff very friendly
Breakfast very good with egg station and coffee and pastry station
When we arrived late at night we didn’t know hiw to get in in the building, we waited for few minutes and some other guests were coming who allowed us to enter
I think it us best to let the guest know privately and in advance how to get in.

Centrally located, easy access to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Shower was too small, breakfast was okay but offerings were limited.

Helpful Staff on front desk and the room had a great city view. Excellent breakfast.
Unfortunately the Air-conditioning was broken for the 2 nights we stayed and florence was in a heat wave of 38 degree temperatures. Really too hot to sleep. They did deliver a fan on the second night. Also our room was never made up so we ran out of clean towels and toilet paper.
