La struttura era molto pulita, molto accogliente, un calore spettacolare ci ha dato il benvenuto, il balcone molto spazioso e riservato, i padroni di casa sono stati squisiti, la colazione è stata molto varia, torneremo sicuramente🥰

quiet place at night - beautiful setup in the garden, enough food on our breakfast table, rooms are well equiped with coffee machine for an espresso shot "to go".

Perfect for staying close to the airport :) The host was very nice and prepared our breakfast even earlier because of our early flight.

This is a family run guest house/hotel with comfortable accommodation, great selections for breakfast, is well maintained, and is particularly clean.
Luca and his family are salt of the earth; great people who quite literally couldn't do enough for me, they made me feel so welcome, and helped out with any enquiries I had, or advised on local knowledge and trips etc. They are like this with everyone and very often switch between conversations with guests in 2/3/4 different languages, which is very impressive, to me at least.
On returning to Sardinia I wouldn't stay anywhere else. ❤️
Perhaps the location is quiet, although travel connections are only yards away.

The mattress was comfortable, even if it was a bit short for us, it was good and we've had a good sleep.
The area is quiet, no outdoor noise in the room and I couldn't hear the other guests, as well.
The manager was very nice and responsive. He helped with putting a bottle into his downstairs fridge, as the one that we had in the room was small and used for the mini bar. Also, he offered us information and he was a pleasent person.
The room was big, we've had the 3 person room, even if we were two. The balcony was big as well.
Overall it was a good one night stay.
The bed mattress was a bit too small for my size, and I am 1.73 cm height, and my heels were outside of the bed. When we mentioned this to the manager, he said this could have been fixed, by pulling the bed a bit. We wish we could have known this in advance.
The breakfast is simple, but ok.
The toiletries were ok.
No complimentary water or any such thing.
No kettle or coffee device in the room.
As I have been in two other locations on the island, I think that the value for money was not that good in this stay.

Lovely B&B in a very quiet neighborhood. Ideal location if you need to visit the nearby buildings of the University of Cagliari. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was big. The host is very nice and welcoming. He gave us useful advises on restaurants and things to visit. Highly recommended.
