Clean, good value, friendly staff, an excellent idea to stay in university digs
Doors do slam and it can be a little noisy, but nothing too outrageous

Safe campus location in middle London. Helpful friendly staff

As a woman traveling in my own, I felt safe. The security was exellent.
The front desk staff were generally helpful and friendly. The option of purchasing a quality breakfast was great. Also, the facilities for laundry were excellent.
The location was good for my purposes.
Having a room without a bathroom was ok; shower and bathrooms down the hall were very clean.
Staff were a bit reluctant to provide a clean towel when requested.
The rooms are quite warm in the summer; as fan provided was helpful.
