The hotel has a great cafe downsairs. Breakfast is limited but very good. Great coffee and cakes too!

Excelente insonorización en relación a ruidos de la calle. No buena insonorización en relación a puerta hacia pasillo interior de hotel-pero el ruido en esta zona suele ser mínimo-.
Me dieron mejor habitación que la reservada. Muy agradecida por ello.

Hotel Sauce was a delightful surprise. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and answer all our questions. The rooms were comfortable and had enough space for our two large suitcases. Everything was spotless and super clean. The café downstairs, which opens on weekends, was a lifesaver when other places were closed. Also, it has parking quite close to the hotel which was a plus.

Ubicación excelente, al lado de todos lo sitios de interes turistico. Personal muy amable y cama muy comoda.
Por poner un pero, el servicio de cafeteria que tienen está abierto a todo el mundo y es algo pequeño, por lo que puede que tengas problemas para tener sitio a la hora del desayuno (que no está incluido en las tarifas). Eso si, lo que sirven es muy bueno, de ahi, que siempre este lleno :-)

The location is perfect for access round the old town, the cafe/bakery great for breakfast or coffee and cake at any time.

Room faced inwards and was very dark.

We started in a smaller room which was a little too small for our taste. We were moved to a larger room and wow, what a difference! The staff members were SO KIND AND HELPFUl. Also, it was lovely having a charming cafe/bakery downstairs.
The super budget room felt was a tad too small for our liking. However, when we moved to the larger room, all was well!

Location is close and an easy walk to tourist sites. The staff are very friendly and courteous.
Our room was not one of the newly renovated ones. The space around the bed is narrow. There was a heavy cleaning agent smell in the room.

Very nice hotel in the very center of Zaragoza. Room was big and nice,
Refrigerator was not present in the room, and we would have liked to have. Breakfast was good but not excellent.

Staff was courteous and helpful especially Antonio and Diego. My belongings were stolen in Barcelona Sant, and they tirelessly tried to call the Consulate, airlines , airport police and train station. Thank you gentlemen for all your efforts.

There was no ventilation/fan in the bathroom.

The hotel location is amazing, staff was very helpful troughout the entire process, since booking to further advice on where to go for dinner and to eat. We loved the hotel little pastery and coffee shop, had an amazing breakfast there.
Room was big and beds were comfortable.
We will be back for sure!

we love this hotel. we stay here every time we come to Zaragoza and it never disappoints. the staff are amazing, Sebastian especially! the rooms are comfortable and super quiet. the bathrooms are spacious and have everything you need.
