Room was clean, restaurants and metro station in walking distance, staff were friendly

The location . And the parking availability,which was 12 Euros per day .
The apartment was old and in need of renovation. There was no kitchen because the door was locked and there was a sign that it is under renovation. The breakfast was ok but not as good as the other hotel in the same area where we stayed prior to City Bell Hotel . The price was higher than the other hotel two blocks away where we stayed prior to staying in City Bell Hotel and the facilities were worse !

As a hotel, room is extremely large. Location is convenient to get to several different tram line.

Good, hard beds
The quadruple apartment we had looks much better on the pictures than in real life - it is 90s decor and quality, generally the whole building and breakfast room are shabby and uncosy, with empty walls. There are no fridges in the rooms nor any kettle/ cups to make tea or coffee. Breakfast extremely basic, cold coffee in a thermos (not even a coffee machine!) and dirty microwave next to it to warm it up..
