The property description was accurate. It is located close to the train station, restaurants and an easy walk to the major sights. Check-in was easy and Sergio is great.
The shower is extremely small and you step up into it which could be a little difficult for those with mobility issues when stepping out of the shower. The water pressure is great though.

the owner was so so nice, he let us check in early and reserved a taxi for our next morning 4:45 am departure. the hotel is on one floor of a multi level building, 12 rooms. the location was so close to the train station we walked with big rolling bags, it was quite on a side street with restaurants near by. we were three adult cousins staying one night only, got the 3 beds, 2 twins and 1 king. worked perfectly for us. they offer breakfast but we left super early before it was opened, i’m guessing it was great. there is a small lobby and adjacent lounge, plus restroom in the lobby. all wonderful when 3 people in one room. beds we’re very comfortable, decor tradition, room and bathroom spotless. if staying in rome for longer the location is very central to sites
we loved everything, worked perfectly for us

Decent room, staff and location. Can improve few things like provide couple of water bottles and hot water in the morning even if you have not opted for breakfast.
