The spacious and clean property was the perfect size for us and our 4 year old. There is a good amount of outdoor space and the terrace has a lovely view of the sea and the chia watchtower. The kitchen is well equipped and modern, we had everything we needed. Luciana and her brother were really friendly and welcoming too. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t available during our stay as expected, but a bonus is we were within 10mins drive to a number of beautiful beaches.

Splendido soggiorno a Chia
Come descrivere brevemente perché tornerei subito in questo appartamento? La posizione è incantevole, con una terrazza in cui abbiamo amato passare tanti momenti di relax ed un giardino ricco di fiori, bello da vedere ma anche dotato di barbecue. L'appartamento è comodo, ben organizzato, curato, pulito e profumato. La cucina dotata di tutto ciò che occorre e anche di più, ad esempio una borsa frigo con ghiaccio sintetico da portare in spiaggia per tenere in fresco cibo e bevande. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla splendida signora Luciana che ci ha messo a nostro agio e coccolati con il suo dolce benvenuto. Grazie di tutto e arrivederci!

Ho soggiornato in questa casa io e la mia famiglia(5 persone) dal 16 al 26 giugno u.s. e mi sono trovata molto bene. Che dire posso fare un elenco delle cose positive ma in pratica non manca nulla, stanze grandi, bagni e docce ottimi, terrazza con bel panorama dove si può pranzare comodamente, climatizzatore, cortile privato e piscina. una casa dove si potrebbe vivere tutto l'anno. Market a pochi passi e le tre spiagge più belle raggiungibili in pochi minuti. E per ultimo da non sottovalutare la gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Luciana. Vacanza da rifare !!!

L'appartamento è molto bello, Pulitissimo e con tutte le comodità. La piscina è' bella e mai affollata. Luciana e suo marito sono due persone deliziose e d'una accoglienza eccezzionale. Sono disponibilissimi a dare ottimi consigli e aiuto. Quindi è stata un'ottima vacanza in un posto rilassante e con un accesso rapido (qualche minuto di macchina) a delle spiagge spettacolari. Bon séjour
Dès notre arrivée, Luciana nous a très bien accueillis avec différentes petites attentions. L´appartement est spacieux, propre et conforme aux photos; la cuisine un peu petite et sans lave-vaisselle, mais suffisante pour les vacances. Il y a de nombreux espaces de rangement pour les habits dans les chambres. Le matelas du lit matrimonial était un peu trop dur à notre goût. La vue est belle, la piscine toujours propre et agréable.
Nous avons découvert différentes plages, nos préférées: Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla et celle près du site archéologique de Nora (eaux plus calmes pour les deux dernières, peut-être plus accessibles pour les enfants).
Pula, à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture, est un joli village, animé le soir.
Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant du coin, le Mirage, que nous recommandons.
Luciana et son mari ont toujours été rapidement disponibles à nos demandes ou questions. Nous les saluons chaleureusement!

Splendido appartamento comodissimo alle spiagge
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due settimane a settembre con un bimbo molto piccolo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per la disponibilità della proprietaria, estremamente gentile e disposta a venire incontro per qualsiasi necessità, sia per l'appartamento. L'abbiamo trovato pulito, estremamente spazioso, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, compresa la lavatrice che per una vacanza lunga è utilissima. Oltre ad avere un giardino chiuso dove si può parcheggiare la macchina, la scala è chiusa da un cancelletto. Ha le zanzariere a tutte le finestre e il wifi disponibile. La piscina è comodissima ma con orari compatibili con il riposo pomeridiano e sempre pulitissima. Si arriva al market in pochi minuti a piedi e alle spiagge più belle in pochi minuti di auto. Siamo stati contentissimi e torneremo di sicuro!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima casa( che tra l"altro e proprio come nelle foto )a settembre 2015 e ci siamo trovati benissimo.La casa e pulita ed dotata veramente di tutti confort .La signora Luciana ed suo marito sono stati molto gentili,al nostro arrivo ciano fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino ed dei pasticcini .La piscina e meravigliosa ,il mare stupendo ........Ci torneremo sicuramente perchè ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.

Ottima scelta! Bell'appartamento, pulito, confortevole assolutamente conforme alle foto e alla descrizione. Simpatia della proprietaria Luciana da sei stelle!! Posizione perfetta a 5 minuti di macchina dalle spiaggie più belle, in complesso di appartamenti con piscina privata, senza traffico rumoroso. Market a 200 mt, ristorante fantastico a 300 mt (Mirage). Consigliatissimo.

The house is a quick drive to all the beautiful beaches in Chia, so easy to explore a different one every day. Don't miss out on the gorgeous drive on the Costa del Sud, or the easy day trip to explore the ruins of Nora & Pula.
The owner is immensely accomodating and quickly replied to any questions we had. We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and ongoing help throughout our stay. Our daughter was sick during our stay, and they took such good care of us that we felt like family by the time we left. We are looking forward to our next stay at the house!

Una vacanza perfetta in un luogo incantevole
Siamo una famiglia con due ragazzi di 16 e 14 anni e da 13 scegliamo la Sardegna come meta delle nostre vacanze.Quest'anno abbiamo soggiornato nella casa della Sig.ra Luciana a Luglio 2015: siamo partiti dopo aver letto le recensioni positive degli altri utenti e possiamo confermare che già al nostro arrivo ci siamo resi conto che il luogo e il contesto superavano le nostre aspettative.
L'appartamento è situato all'interno di un piccolo residence moderno,signorile e molto curato :gli spazi sono confortevoli,ben arredati e puliti,la cucina è ben attrezzata, la sala da pranzo è spaziosa e luminosa,le camere da letto molto ampie e sempre freschissime sono dotate di aria condizionata e il bagno anch'esso di grandi dimensioni è provvisto di box doccia doppio e lavatrice utilissima per un soggiorno prolungato.Le terrazze di cui dispone la casa godono di una vista panoramica fantastica:non solo potrete cenare all'aperto godendovi la brezza di Chia ma potrete inoltre ammirare il mare e la famosa torre che domina la baia a pochi passi da voi.
Non manca proprio nulla anzi potrete anche usufruire della piscina che si trova davanti all'appartamento: è sempre pulita;tranquilla e la presenza del bagnino è garantita durante tutto il periodo di apertura.Quando cala la sera il residence è dotato di illuminazione che crea un'atmosfera magica e raffinata.A pochi passi troverete farmacia,supermercati,ristoranti,bar.....
E' stata una vacanza piacevolissima; Luciana e suo marito Ignazio sono una coppia fantastica,ci hanno viziati da subito facendoci sentire come a casa.Chia ci ha conquistati:le spiagge sono meravigliose ed il rapporto che si è instaurato con i proprietari dell'appartamento e con il Sig. Marcello ( il vicino di casa che tutti vorrebbero avere)è stato davvero unico.
Una bella esperienza che vogliamo ripetere al più presto e che consigliamo vivamente a tutti.
Un grazie di cuore a Luciana e Ignazio per averci ospitati nella loro bellissima casa;un'abbraccio forte a tutta la loro meravigliosa famiglia, a Marcello ed alle persone che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere durante la nostra permanenza.

Confort e relax
Siamo una famiglia con tre bambine dai 6 ai 10 anni, abbiamo soggiornato piacevolmente in questo appartamento trovandolo molto pulito , fresco e attrezzato. Giardino privato con posto auto e piscina dove le bambine potevano sfogare le ultime energie dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Great house/appartment in Chia
We had a great week at this house in the first half of October with our two children; Luciana provided a great reception upon our arrival with some delicious homemade focaccia and some typical deserts. The swimming pool that belongs to the house was already closed (a pity since it was still every day above 30 degrees) but we had been informed before by the owner and it was not a problem at all (beaches were still great at this period!).
The description matches the property exactly. We even got some internet connection provided by the owner even if it was not part of the standard package.
From the house there is a nice view over green fields and trees down to the beach which is in about 1km distance. Nice for swimming, may even have some waves and there were some surfers riding them. A little board rental and beach bar is also available. But beware of the wasps on the beach! they will not let you eat in peace. Better place is in the water...
Shopping is available in a little supermarket open all year, a restaurant is next to the house and another one "around the corner" also in walking distance.
For going to the beaches you'll need a car.
I can certainly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Sejour inoubliable a Chia. Région magnifique et sauvage des panoramas splendides à couper le souffle .Sans compter l 'hospitalité des sardes qui sont des gens tellement accueillant et chaleureux.
L'appartement correspond tout à fait à la description ,très grand climatisé dans les chambres avec tout le confort chacun peut en profiter sans gener l'autre .L a résidence est nichée dans le maquis, une piscine surveillée et bien entretenue est à la disposition des vacanciers .Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour.
Quand à luciana la propriétaire, elle est tout simplement adorable et chaleureuse ,sa bonne humeur et sa gentillesse sont des souvenirs très précieux.
Nous avons hate de pouvoir y retourner

Ottima sistemazione in un luogo incantevole
Bellissima casa con piscina condominiale in zona tranquilla. Appartamento grande, ben arredato e attrezzato internamente ed esternamente. Una stupenda terrazza con vista su Chia e il suo mare, condivisa con i nostri amici che occupavano l'appartamento accanto al nostro anch'esso di proprietà della Signora Luciana.
La signora è gentilissima e disponibile. Ci ha accolto con focaccia di Chia, dolcetti e vino sardo. La casa si trova a circa due chilometri dalle bellissime sette spiagge di Chia e a circa cinque chilometri dalla spiaggia di Tuerredda.
In zona si trovano alcuni buoni ristoranti e due alimentari.
Consiglio a chiunque questo alloggio e gli auguro di trascorrere delle buone vacanze come le noste.

Le charme de Chia
Appartement très grand et propre. Bien situé à 2 kilomètres des magnifiques plages, il nous a permis de visite la région sans trop de déplacements. Le village construit en paliers, permet de bien voir la mer au loin. Le calme et la quiétude y règnent.
