Everything , clean , price and very close to center of Rome
To much graffiti on building made it look bad but I understand nothing to do with the owner. Building itself is beautiful !!

The room was very well-equipped and comfortable, featuring air conditioning—something much appreciated during the hot summer season.
We were traveling with someone in a wheelchair; the venue claims to have an elevator, but it isn't easily accessible because you have to go up some stairs first—it is important to point this out. Another thing is that there is no hot water in the shower.

Great location to get to the main attractions of Rome. Pretty close to the central train station as well. The room exceeded our expectations it was very spacious, had 2 full bathrooms, and had AC units in every room.
The property forgot to give us blankets the first night and then only gave us one the second day so I had to call multiple times to get that sorted out.
