Smell of blocked drains, really noisy bed.

A su llegada, toman un depósito de 200 o 300 € de su tarjeta, que debe devolverse si el apartamento está en orden. ¡En mi caso, el apartamento fue bien aceptado y esperé el depósito durante 7 días! Entonces me puse en contacto con ellos para averiguar dónde estaba mi dinero?. A lo que me respondieron que hicieron una devolución hace 6 días, y enviaron un ticket por WhatsAp, ¡pero el ticket de devolución contiene un número de tarjeta diferente que no coincidía con mi tarjeta bancaria! Creo que engañan a la gente porque tuve que tomarme el tiempo para averiguarlo y fui a mi banco, mostrándoles dos tickets ¡el mío y su ticket! Y el banco me confirmó que estas son tarjetas bancarias diferentes, ¡así que no vi el dinero! Al final, ¡ni siquiera van a ayudarte y resolver la situación! ¡Escribí la carta al Booking.com de reservas para que me ayudara a devolver mi depósito! Estoy esperando una respuesta

The penthouse apartment was well situated overlooking the swimming pool and the beach and had sufficient space for a family of 6. The apartment roof top terrace was a great addition to the apartment equipped with a Charcoal BBQ. A nice seating area is provided on the terrace great for relaxing. The balcony is equipped with a table for eating meals which was lovely during the evening overlooking the pool and looking out to the sea.

No real negative points, some minor maintenance required in the apartment but it didn’t impact my stay.

Great new and modern apartment, easy access to the beach, facilities are great with infinity pools. Apartment full equipped incl. beach towels, games etc... really great.

1)Balcony has no shade during the day so not possible to enjoy a lunch on the terrace. The finishes of the apartment could be improved, e.g. soap/shampoo bar in the shower missing, no paper toilet dispenser on the wall, no proper hooks for bath towels. This is really no investment required and would improve the overall level of comfort in such apartment. 2)We were off season so the kids area fountains were not functioning unfortunately, our kids would have really enjoyed that and we too allowing to have a small break! 3) Internet signal not existing outside the apartment and very weak in the bedrooms.
