Easy to find and access the property. Nice large apartment.
Getting in and out of the shower / bath could be an issue as it is very narrow to climb into.

We only stayed one night at Numa, If we had known how excellent it was, we would definitely have stayed longer. Unfortunately, it was our last day of the trip, so we could only spend one night there.
Everything worked perfectly, from the check-in, which is entirely automated using PIN codes, to the easy access to the building, which has an elevator. The apartment was excellent, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the amenities we needed. There was water in the freezer, as well as some snacks for us. The towels were clean, and the apartment was spotless.
The location was also fantastic, right in the heart of Rome. We would definitely choose Numa again if we returned to the city.
It is an apartment rather than a hotel, so daily housekeeping is not included. However, we were aware of this before booking, and they provide clear information explaining that cleaning is done once a week. In our case, since we only stayed one night, this was not an issue at all.
The hot water worked perfectly, communication was excellent, and everything was easy, from check-in to finding the apartment. A 10/10 experience in every way!

Location and it had a washing machine
We were staying on level 2 however we made sure they had a lift before booking but they didn’t mention that if you stay on level two , you need to get the lift to level three then walk down to your level two apartment. This was frustrating with a small lift and lots of heavy luggage. The apartment was roomy but was dark and dated.
