Great location
There is 100 steps but didn’t effect our stay.

Great location, especially to the busy bar area of Pink Street, which is just around the corner. It was fab to have 2 bathrooms with showering facilities also. Plenty of room for more than the 8 guests that we had.
It was extremely warm in the apartment. The apartment was also at the very top of the building with no lift. And I guess the downside of being so close to the nightlife is that it can be noisy - particularly as we had to keep the windows open due to there being no AC.

Excellent location, had everything we needed for our stay
If you have health issues and are on the top 2 floors, you may struggle, but we were all fine. Outside door is temperamental, you need to lean on it when putting the code in.

The location of the apartment is great if you want to be in the city as long as you do not mind noise. As the building and apartment opens with a code instead of a key, it's ideal for groups or individuals that want to be independent from each other from time to time. The view of the water from the 4th floor is very nice.
If you're looking for a calm and quiet place, this might not be your choice. We were there in December/January when the apartment on the 4th floor was ok temperature-wise (outside it was ca. 16°C). It was difficult to properly air the rather humid apartment and all my clothes felt a bit wet after some days in the apartment.
