The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely be returning and have since recommended to friends and family. Special thanks to Jonathan and Lis for being so wonderful and attentive during our stay!
The spa was also amazing, I had one of the best massages I've ever had.

Everything was wonderful, staff, food, cleanliness, special mention to the spa it is excellent, Noi is the best masseuse I’ve ever had, make sure you book she’s been there years and has lots of repeat customers. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Maybe have an iron in the room but no big deal.

Second stay at this hotel in the last 2 months,cannot fault the staff or overall experience,would definitely be returning in the spring.
Same as our last visit,the music which is played constantly,ok if your in your teens and like constant house music!!,however I must say after a quiet word they did play more easy listening.

We have just stayed 4 nights at this gorgeous hotel. The staff are its biggest asset but the facilities and breakfasts were also excellent. I would especially recommend pui the beautician who works in the on-site spa who provided a fantastic pedicure. Thank you 🙏
Additional outside lighting on the steps from the car park and into the resteraunt / quiet area would be of benefit as we nearly slipped on stairs when returning from an evening out. As a warning to others the hotel plays loud house music from 11.00 to 11.00 which maybe some peoples preference but it wasn’t ours. They did reduce the bass when we asked tho.

Although the hotel was lovely, the staff make it. They were so helpful and always on hand when you needed something without being in your face. They were so friendly.
The only negative thing I could say would be that the shower pressure was not great.

The perfect destination for a quiet weekend for rest and recuperation. This beautiful boutique hotel is located in a quiet residential area only a short 15 minute walk to Puerto Portals. From the warm and friendly greeting on our arrival, the personal attentiveness of all the staff was faultless. Food, drink, facilities and the rooms were excellent.

The peaceful environment and excellent service
We thought the menu was too restricted and needed more variety in the evenings. It would have been better to have breakfast downstairs and dinner upstairs in more of a formal setting.
