Ubytování bylo v pořádku, vše fungovalo, bylo čisto, postele pohodlné, kuchyňka byla k dispozici na chodbě před pokoji. Metro bylo 5min od domu, tedy pro cestování po městě ideální.

In a good location. All the tourist hot spots a short metro ride away. Then you can retreat to a nice quiet area in the evening. Very safe for families. Also, there is a lift to carry everything.
Nothing.

The room is so clean, elegant and nice, we all love it. The receptionist is kind to offer us a place to store our luggage before check in. Breakfast is simple. Wake way to the bus station. We will definitely recommend this place. The streets are quiet and interesting to walk in.
There is a little bit noise from the room next to us.

No complaints!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was so clean and comfortable
The breakfast was limited and not 😕 as expected as other hotels (e.g. continental breakfast)

Great Location with a reasonable price.

Great room with metro station nearby. You can go to most sites like the colosseum, circus maximus, Vatican in minutes.
Elewator is very small and sometimes needs some wait

Good clean & comfortable with good wifi
You enter using a code. The code was sent quite late to me while I was on the plane from Australia and I got to the property and couldn’t get in. I didn’t have access to telephone or Wi-Fi.
Once I got in, I was able to get the information about the code that was too late. I hung around for half an hour, and luckily two guests returned just prior to my leaving so was able to get a bed for the night.
I never saw the staff or owners as I had to leave early to catch a train.

Very responsive staff even without a 24-7 reception. Above and beyond when we needed some tickets printed out. AC worked well, loved the neighborhood, many nice restaurants, safe and pleasant, with easy Metro connection to all the important sites.

Breakfast is molto piccolo...

Perfect location, good staff and breakfast. There was no problem about hot water. Beautiful ambience.
The bed was not queen size, twin. Cleaning was not professional. Subway vibrations can be heard.

Host is helpful and also stored our luggages due to early arrival and late checkout. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location is close to Metro station and there are restaurants/bars in close vicinty which are good especially if you do not wish to travel late evenings.
Breakfast is served in a bar few metres away from the b&b. Breakfast consists of a cappuccino and criossant. The staff at the bar is cordial though the owner is not that welcoming.

Breakfast was BAD. Don't advertise this as breakfast when you only get 1 Cappuccino and 1 Croissant...
However, it is close to the subway - a nice variety of stores around and you can to pretty much everywhere from that location. Room was clean ,staff ok and you had a nice common area where you could cook/heat something.
There was no Breakfast - just a cappuccino and a croissant...that's a snack at best. Especially for us travelling with a little kid this a very big letdown as we could've picked another hotel for the same money that could''ve provided food in the morning . As well, the rooms are very noisy as it's a shared hallway with all the other room and every time someone would come in you could hear it very loud.

Exceptionally clean room and washroom. Good location for price. Easy access to metro, train, taxi, etc. Many day to day amenities nearby. People in neighborhood exceptionably friendly.
Rome in general has a major garbage problem, streets are covered in litter and rats. Public infrastructure is crumbling, ie. leaking water and sewer mains, crumbling pavement and sidewalks, homeless encampments, poor accessibility for strollers/wheel chairs, etc. Public toilets are rare, cost money, filthy and don't even have toilet seats — Italy should be embarrassed. Feels like travelling in a poor developing country.

very central to the main wineries, absolutely tranquil location. Pet friendly
value for money could be a bit hard to justify, almost $800 for 2 nights I wouldn’t call affordable

everything was great - staff, breakfast location (for my work purposes), cleanliness in the room and it had everything that was needed.
it’s just 5 mins away from the metro station.
the internet was a bit slow, but managed to get my work done.

It was a quiet area. Room was very clean. Host was very nice.
the only thing we had problems with was transportation to the airport. the Hist had booked a taxi for us in the morning but the taxi never came. Fortunately a bell boy from the hotel down the street assisted us in getting a taxi and we were just a little late to the airport.

Relatively close to Metro station. Good pizza place and supermarket nearby. No street noise (we were at the back room). Airco and little fridge. Common kitchen area.
Breakfast offered is at a different location (not too close) and very simple (a warm or cold beverage and a croissant (no butter or jam). Acoustic is not good, you can hear corridor and neighbor room noise. Our room was dark. Only way to get more light in is by opening wood windows, but you lose privacy as it gets to an internal patio with other buildings. No reception desk, so while we were nervous dealing with Italian rail system delays we had to answer calls asking at what time exactly we were arriving.

Breakfast in 5 min walking distance in restaurant. Typical sweat croissant and something to drink. Nice.
I have no any concerns.
