location was great for cycling holiday

i was charged way more than quoted by Booking .Com. The room was very small and breakfast was not great at all -compared to other similar places I have stayed in

I can not speak highly enough of this hotel..the staff go over and above to ensure their guests are happy with their stay,..the buffet was excellent each day for breakfast and dinner, really a terrific choice, and special diets catered for, also great support and attention given to people with mobility issues.

the noise of the cyclist on the stairs early morning they should not be wearing their bike shoes as we were in a room near stairs and were woken at seven which was very annoying

everything was great. we had the balcony room facing the sea. all the facilities were very clean. good location with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Overall my stay at the hotel was a good experience.

The hotel gym equipment could do with expanding and was poorly maintained (all the exercise bikes were broken or didn't work properly). There was live music/entertainment in the evenings mostly outside directly under hotel rooms, which for those guests who retire to their rooms early was a noise problem. I was up a 6am every morning and out all day doing physical activities and so wanted to go to bed relatively early in the evenings. The hotel has the option of putting on entertainment in the indoor bar area which then doesn't disturb those guests not interested in the entertainment. I realise that it's a difficult balance keeping all guests happy and is why I didn't complain to the hotel during my stay.

Excellent staff, very friendly, dealt with small issue in room right away. Spa facility was excellent, rooms very comfortable. Excellent breakfast choices.

Location to beach

Crowded pool area. Not enough bedsfor guests and beds on beach expensive. Air coditioning very poor in lobby bar areas. Good in bed rooms. Booked a room for 3 people not suitable with little or no space to move around room and beds squashed togrther.

Staff were friendly and went above and beyond- without us telling them my husband received a bottle of bubbly for is birthday which was a nice touch.

No aircon in the lifts. The meal in the evening, although good value if you eat a lot, was a lot of money if you just want one course. The wardrobe space to hang clothes was not long enough to hang longer dresses so sometime were creased at the bottom.

Good sized pool with plenty of seating and loungers (still people reserving them from the crack of dawn though🤬). Room was comfortable and air con worked.

People reserving sunbeds!!....entertainment was poor for such a big hotel...better stuff going on at the pub over the road. Juice at breakfast was horrible..powdered stuff and frothy?.

In general, the Hotel was good - we especially enjoy the food selection and quality. It was superb! With the exception of one member of staff, everyone was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were below expectations. We had a three-bed room - 2 adults and a child - and we could hardly move around!. It did not look like that in the photos. Also, the Air con could not be adjusted and was not powerful enough to cool the room.
