They have parking spaces that are secured at night.
The lighting is very poor. There is no a/c because they turn it on or off depending on the season. So if you like to sleep with air conditioning regardless of the time of year then this place isn’t for you. We had a rough night and couldn’t sleep because of it. Also there is a restaurant on premises and people stay outside and talk loud which is very annoying.

Me, my partner and our dog had booked this hotel for one night so we can rest after reaching Italy by boat on our trip from Greece to Belgium. Our boat was delayed so we were not able to make it to the hotel in time for check in (by 11:00pm). However the woman in the reception was very accomodative and helpfull since she agreed to wait for us until 1:30 am to check us in our room and not lose our reservation. We thank her very much and we really appreciate it since otherwise we would probably have to sleep in the car.
Even though we only spent a few hours at the hotel we found the room to be beautiful, clean and comfortable.

It was conveniently located at about 10 minutes drive to lake Como. Clean room and nice staff. The restaurant was a nice surprise as menu was delicious!

The place had a really nice beackfast and dining room.
Having dinner at the hotel is a must. the food is excellent.

Our room had a great view and a good working A/C. Breakfast was good, but nothing super special. The receptionists were lovely and offered us free coffee!
Bathrooms were spacious and had everything you could need. We ended up staying here twice during our trip and had a good stay!
Wi-fi didn't work from our room, we had to walk to the reception area to get connection!

This is a very good location for an overnight stay or a two night stay, including to visit Como. The rooms are clean and tidy the showers are excellent and the restaurant is good. Staff are very friendly.
If you prefer to sleep with a window open rather than AC the room, this is tricky: for the street alongside the hotel is busy-ish, even at night.

We liked everything. They had convenient free parking, the room was air conditioned and comfortable. The biggest surprise was how lovely and wonderful the restaurant was. We were tired and decided to eat there rather than going out to find a different restaurant but when we walked in and saw the lovely garden atmosphere and tables set with white cloths and wine glasses our expectations grew. We had delicious tuna tartare and beef carpaccio appetizers and pasta with clams for dinner. It was all delicious at a very reasonable price. I recommend it all!
