The hotel has all the facilities you need and was in an excellent location, very close go Taksim Maydan as well as to the Metro. Their breakfast was excellent and wit a lot of varieties. I stayed in a suite where the hotel, provided a lounge access to us and it was wonderful in particular the Hot food served from 17:30 to 22:00 and the location in the 8ht floor gave us a splendid view of the Bosphore and the Taksim area. Overall I would rate this hotel as minimum 9 out of 10,
In reality everthing was fine but due to the fact that thesuite was located near the lifts there was some unaccepatble noise from the clients when they reach my floor during the late night timing. Also I would recommend that they install a door closing system so that people will not close the door too hard it will close by itself. The TV unfortunately did not have an HDMI connection!!!!!!

Breakfast was good, staff very rude and dry not welcoming at all.
Buffet staff were very dry, not welcoming.
Rooms were extremely hot like 27c was a struggle to sleep, had to open windows to cool down room, but unfortunately mossies made their way in and got stuck into our kids.
Asked reception to turn heating down, coz controls don’t work, but like I didn’t say anything, nothing got done.
