Location was perfect for my purpose, so that was a big advantage. I was afraid that it might be loud given the site, but I had windows on the backyard, so sleep quality was good. The breakfast was ok, too - variety of vegetables and fruit, no reason to complain. A TV with selection of programs in multiple languages - from Arabic to English to French. The hotel was rather clean, staff friendly, overall - a pretty good stay.
I had for myself a room with 3 beds and no real chair, only a stool relevant for a dressing table - really useless for any work (still, could be sufficient for a family stay). A/C was somewhat loud, I had to turn it off before going to bed. And, heavens, electric kettle in the room was plainly dangerous - while boiling water it was warming up so much that I burned my fingers trying to pick it up, horrible quality. Also, I smelled mildly unpleasant stench if the window was kept closed.

We were in town for a concert at the ICC so the location was perfect. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Taksim Square which is convenient. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable.
It rained all three days we were in town so we ended up spending more time in the hotel room than expected. On that note, avoid room 506 at all costs. It must be a dead zone for the WiFi; the WiFi would connect for a minute or two then the signal would drop.

Location is excellent and close to services , shops, supermarkets ,restaurants and walking distance to Taksim square, nearby paid street parking . Staff at reception are welcoming and supportive , housekeeping is fast . In addition to good location , place is clean , comfortable beds , slightly a way from pubs noise
We booked 3 rooms for 6 nights in total, FULLY PREPAID before our arrival ; 1 room with double bed + 2 rooms with twin beds , we also informed the hotel one week arrival in advance that we will arrive after midnight and they confirmed our booked and prepaid rooms will be ready , BUT , after checking in we found out all rooms are with twin beds ( 2 separate beds ) we asked reception for the room we booked with one large bed ( double beds) they told us there are no rooms available and they can do nothing to solve this problem other than bringing the 2 beds closer together to have larger bed size !!! We refused this temporary solution because we booked and paid for a proper double beds . It was too late to look for another hotel , also the rooms were pre paid and we were very tired and needed a place to sleep so we had no choice but to accept this ,we talked to the hotel management on duty during check in and the next day morning , they only apologized for the “mistake “ and they didn’t offer us any alternative solution and when we suggested an upgrade or at least a partial refund of one night for this room as a compensation for their mistake they refused our suggestion and we actually got nothing and were forced to stay in a room which we did not book and pre pay for ! This is an un forgivable mistake and in my opinion is bad management decision. Because the hotel made a terrible mistake by changing a pre paid and confirmed booking and did not make any effort to solve it nor offered any kind of compensation , however next day they changed our room to another one with correct bed type !
The hotel and staff are nice , but the way hotel management handled the problem they caused by their own mistake when they have given our booked room to another customer is a disaster and flipped my customer experience from fantastic to horrible! For this reason I only rate the hotel as low as 6
