The location was perfect to explore Lisbon. It had a nice homely feel and the terrace is lovely.
We had bed bugs in our room. The rooms were very hot and humid.

Rooftop view and staff very helpful, central location.
Stairs tough with luggage!

Staff members were so nice, approachable, easy going, friendly and very helpful. Bed was super comfortable and it was quiet during the night (good sleep guaranteed). I met some great people and we all had a nice evening with some live music from a band that was staying in the Hostel. Highly recommend it. Can’t wait to come back next time. 😊

There was one female staff in particular who was very warm, kind, and helpful! The rooftop patio was the reason to book this spot.
It did feel like we were inconveniencing most staff by asking questions and trying to connect, but perhaps I was misreading the communications.
