LA VERDAD NADA. SÓLO LA UBICACIÓN NO TIENE VENTANAS SÓLO RECOMENDABLE PARA GENTE DE NEGOCIOS.

PERSONAL UN POCO APÁTICO, NO RECONOCEN SI ERES MIEMBRO GENIUS, ESO NO LES IMPORTA, NO HABÍA JABÓN EN EL DEPÓSITO DE LA DUCHA, FALTÓ UNA TOALLA Y UNA BOTELLA DE AGUA, YA QUE ERAMOS TRES HUÉSPEDES, EL LUGAR PARA DESAYUNAR CIERRA A LAS 9:30 AM Y NUNCA NOS DIJERON

No me gustó porque no le dan mantenimiento

Que el aire no funcionaba y el desayuno es hasta las 9:00

The location is fantastic! Right across from the main plaza with a view of the gorgeous cathedral and with multiple places to eat nearby. The doors open to the balcony and you can stand out there and just watch everything. I stayed during the festival time of year, so the sights were many!

The so-called self- parking is a garage a block and a half away. There is no loading zone and no porter. Made it very difficult for a single traveler.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the middle of the colonial city. The staff are helpful, friendly, attentive. I will stay here again. The tours promoted are excellent.

There was no elevator from reception to the rooms because of construction. It was difficult to carry luggage up one flight of stairs to get to the elevator.

In the heart of el centro. Easy walk to sights and restaurants.

The loud band music from neighbor business until 1 am every night.

-Room had no windows -Bed small for two people -Housekeeping will forget to leave towels and toilet paper after cleaning room, Constantly called front desk for items.
