Premier location, friendly host with clear check in and check out instructions, most comfortable bed we had in Italy and cleanliness.

The lococation was fantastic. It was handy to everything easy walking to main attractions. The reception staff were really helpful and suggested great places to eat thanks Daniele.
My only complaint was that our room was not cleaned the day before we left.

Amazing location - right beside the Piazza del Duomo and a block from Piazza della Repubblica - abut a 10 minute walk to most of the sites of the city. Otherwise a modern, clean, well appointed space. It's on the fourth floor, but there's an elevator.
No breakfast, but we knew that going in, and there are lots of cafes nearby. Not really any other downsides

The bed was very comfortable. The bedroom was spacious. The room was cleaned daily.
The shower was very tiny and it leaks
The toilet seat moves when you sit on it. It moves left to right. The second door requires a key to enter and this part was not advised
Upon arrival we had to wait for someone to exit before we could enter.
