LAS HABITACIONES MUY COMODAS, LIMPIAS APENAS PARA LO QUE REQUERIAMOS. EL BAÑO LIMPIO TODO MUY BONITO. LA UBICACIÒN PERFECTA. PENSE QUE CERCA A LA ISLA IBA A SER FEO PERO NO. EXCELENTE. EL DESAYUNO MUY RICO. LA PISCINA COMPARTIDA CON ELHOTEL DE LEON EXCELENTE Y LA COMIDA.
UN POCO DE RUIDO DE UN APARTAMENTO CERCANO U HOTEL. PERO NADA QUE ME DAÑARA EL VIAJE NI LA DORMIDA.

-Receptionist service, receptionist wasn’t prepare to provide information regards tourist attractions nor additional hotel prices.
-The lack of towels at any given moment.

Excellent service, the food was really good, the people so kind and the room so comfortable, definitely if I go back to Bucaramanga I would stay there.
