Nice room, breakfast included, great location.

No real ventilation. The thermostat seemed only to heat, and there were no windows. There was a skylight that could be opened, but it was very high up and I couldn't figure out how to do so. The result was a hot, stuffy room.

Friendly staff, good value for money in such a central location in the old town. There is secure private parking a 5 minute walk away. The hotel has a lift.

Cupboard in the room has signs of a roof leak. The beds not the best, the rooms was very small for two, but at the price you cannot complain.

Quite basic room. AirCon didn't really work. Skylight window, no view. Parking was not easy, you needed to meet someone there and no easy access.

The room is in a very central location with easy access to parking and restaurants. A big advantage is the parking. This hotel is suitable for short stays and is quite comfortable.

The rooms are very small and basic. It is quite expensive for what you are getting.

Location is fantastic, in easy walking distance of the centre of Leon. Secure, garage parking for the motorcycle. Good shower, comfortable bed.

Room extremely small, no window only a Velux although advertised as having city views. Air conditioning broke down at 2330 and emptied the condensate all over the floor. All the doors and automatic door closers are incredibly noisy, a simple fix with some appropriate lubrication. Some sort of celebration outside went on until past midnight, don't know what because we couldn't see out! Then another guest in and out of their room until 0130 so no sleep. All reported to the owner, not interested. All this in a room that cost €95, breakfast extra. I understand. That the convenient location makes for a high price but we felt for our poor stay, it was excessive.

The hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location and though the family room was a bit small, it was big enough for us to be comfortable for two nights. (2 adults, 2 young kids, +pets).

The diesel from our vehicle was stolen when parked in the garage. An expensive €33 garage stay turned into a very expensive €70 garage stay.

Very good location, classic old style hotel. Very handy to have the restaurant/bar just below.

A bit noisy as the restaurant and plaza was just outside the window, but that's also the charm of the place.
