Four tall adults stayed here comfortably. It was great to stay on the island of Venice and not have to commute from the mainland each day. Walking distance from the bus/train station. Plenty of room to spread out and an amazing patio to use (when it's not too hot). Surprised at how big the apartment was. Location isn't central, but still easy enough to walk everywhere. Would stay here again.

Apartment was beautiful, quiet and clean. The A/C was fantastic and the courtyard was sublime. It has a dishwasher and plenty of kitchen supplies to cook. Our only problem was that we had Wi-Fi for our entire stay. We arranged for water taxis through the manager and Frederico was fantastic but Alvise was extremely rude.

The location was peaceful and yet close to the beautiful Campo Santa Margarita and not far from Piazzale Roma. Very nice bedrooms and a well equipped Kitchen.

This apartment is an easy 10 minute walk from the Santa Lucia station. It was clean and comfortable and equipped with AC! Erika was a very responsive host and Irene made us feel at home when we arrived to check in.

The duplex was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy, and they let us drop off bags since we arrived earlier in the day. The location was quiet, but close to restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. The outdoor area was a huge plus. We would happily stay at this property again.

Erica greeted us warmly and oriented us well. The condo was spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The weather was perfect so the patio was welcome. We really appreciated a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. We easily walked everywhere. We felt like locals.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you may need. Everything is new and immaculate. The beds are perfect! The patio is spacious and beautiful, an ideal place to relax outdoors with privacity. I highly recommend this lovely house In Venezia.

Very much as shown on website. Clean and all we needed - Risotto tasted better than at home despite same cook! Found could not sit out due to Mosquitos. Dorsodouro a bit of a walk to our favourite haunts but strolls along the Zattere enjoyable and relaxing.

Spacious apartment; not super clean or new.

The apartment is in a quiet location but close to grocery stores, Santa Margherita and the Zattere. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals there. The 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths were perfect for our long stay. The gem was the courtyard garden. We spent much of our time there. I'll definitely come back.

We loved this apartment in Dosoduro, so close to the Zattare, and so comfortable, with its patio and air conditioning! While the apartment is spartan (not as much in amenities as other VRBOs, such as shampoo, conditioner, paper towels or coffee) the apartment is comfortable, clean and spacious. Would stay there again!

The apartment was well furnished, neat and clean. We loved being in the quiet neighborhood, away from all the crowds, but just a short walk to all the action.

Dorsoduro is an especially charming part of Venice, with beautiful churches and palazzos, plus excellent restaurants, and we took full advantage of everything is has to offer.

First the positives: - Great location in a nice authentic neighbourhood just a 25 min walk to St Mark's square - Away from the tourist area - 5 mins walk from the nearest water bus stop - Good modern kitchen and sitting area - Nice private patio to enjoy - Good restaurants within 5-10 mins walk - Lovely squares with fishmongers and veg stalls that make eating in the apartment easy Not so positive: - the upstairs really needs updating for the price paid as the bedrooms are very basic - the two single beds are really only suitable for kids and VERY squeaky ...waking our teenagers up every time they moved during the night - the toilets are a little stained - the only shower cubicle is quite small - there is an amount of street noise from the alley outside - there was a national strike on our last day which the management company didn't bother to mention to us... so we only found out from a waiter later on. When we asked for help in booking a taxi to the airport (as the buses were no longer running) they refused to help. - there is an incredibly complicated WIFI code that is very difficult to read taped up in the kitchen. Resort to looking at it on the router instead to avoid wasting the 45 minutes trying to get it right like we did!

We enjoyed three nights in Venice with our family of five. This apartment was perfect! It’s a quick walk to the train/bus station, but not too close. The street is quiet and the neighborhood mostly residential. However it’s close to the big attractions and the water bus stop (San Basilio)! The restaurant on the corner was amazing with great seafood. We were there in July and the air conditioning was a lovely bonus. Guilia came to meet us and check in was a breeze. It was very nice having 2 toilets. The kitchen was well appointed. The pillows were great! And there were ice cube trays :). I highly recommend this apartment. We’d like to come back and see everything we missed!

We had a wonderful time!! We were here as a family of 4 it was great to come back to apartment to a clean comfy bed, very quiet area, lovely to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a drink,there was a fabulous Osteria just around the corner.

We were returning for our 4th stay in this lovely property. Easy access from the bus station and also vaperetto stop. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Well equipped and comfortable. Meet and greet well organised and contact easily made on our arrival. All of Venice sights easy to reach either on foot if you like to walk as we do...or catch a vaperatto. We hope to return.

A lovely well equipped apartment away from the crowded tourist area but convenient for all we wanted to see in Venice. It was just a short walk from the bus and trains stations and we were met by management on arrival. The accommodation was ideal for me , my two sisters and brother as we could come and go as we pleased. The sofa bed in the lounge was easy to put down and very comfortable. It was so nice to have the little private courtyard to sit out for breakfast. The supermarket and restaurants are nearby. We would certainly like to use it again and would recommend it to anyone.

We had such a nice stay at Josh's house in Venice. I can't say enough about how relaxing it was to come back to the house at the end of the day after spending time at busy, chaotic places like Saint Mark's, etc. Loved our neighborhood. It's not a far walk to the train station and even closer to San Basilio water bus stop. Highly recommend Josh's house!

This apartment was perfect for our family of five. Everything was great and my only suggestion would be to provide instructions in English for the clothes washer.
