Staff were genuinely keen to assist. Location is great for Collesium, forum etc, local restaurants decent quality.
Bit rough around the side streets particularly towards the railway station.

Really lovely staff, well located and well presented. Had all of the amenities we needed!
Our neighbours were quite loud unfortunately, not really a fault of the hotel but soundproofing could be better
