Good location near to Kings Cross & St Pancras main line and underground stations. Room clean and en-suite facilities good. I stayed in a single room, with a double sized bed. Room has a TV, wi-fi and tea & coffee making facilities plus hairdryer.
Because there was only a single plug and the kettle cord very short which had to be put onto a stool, the floorboards were very creaky around the area

Close to the station. Decently priced. The staff was helpful and friendly. Had all the facilities needed.
The building is a bit worn out. Walls are so thin that I could hear the conversation my neighbors were having late at night.

The room was very clean. It was a very warm night but there were fans provided in the room.
The staff were available and friendly.
The location for travelling by train was excellent.
The room was small but it is central London and the price was very reasonable. There was no breakfast but plenty of places close by to buy food.

Priced accordingly, definitely a step up from hostels. Ideal central location, a block away to both St Pancras and Kings Cross, and also 5-10 minutes walk away from Euston station.
All the rooms seems quite small. As such, the room amenities are barebone but sufficient. The room can be hot in the summer, as it was still a bit stuffy in late September, but they have a table fan. Front facing rooms can get a bit noisy due to main road (for light sleepers).

"The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to St Pancras. Plenty of places close by to eat and drink. Dropped our suitcase off at 9am. The chap on reception was very helpful. We would definitely stay here..."
