The room was clean and the views are outstanding. I have stayed in many places in Massouri and I think the Plaza provides a very good experience for visitors. The pool is very nice. The beach access is easy also. The price is more than many other places in town, but the nice breakfast everyday makes life easy here. I recommend the Plaza to people who want a nicer room and are ok with paying more than other options in town. It was very quiet on the seaview side. I would not recommend a city view room.

Location and cleanliness and friendliness of staff. Very welcoming.
No hot water. At best it was tepid.
The bar staff seemed quite lazy and unresponsive. Lost a lot of sales as a result.

Excellent reception staff - couldn’t have been more helpful.
Very comfortable bed and spacious room.
The water flow in the shower was very erratic and didn’t always work
