Fantastic, helpful host. Luca is very kind and accommodating. Perfect location for flying in or out of FCO with convenient and economical shuttle service. Spacious, comfortable room with wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!
No complaints!

Our host, Luca, was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a nice breakfast before leaving the next morning. He gave us a guided tour around the area pointing out the local restaurants the night we arrived.
The area around the premises lies almost directly in the flight path of aircraft and this becomes obvious from about 6am. This is mo reflection on our host.

Comfortable, spotlessly clean and very convenient for Fiumicino Airport. The pick and drop of service is excellent. Luca deserves all the positive reviews about him.
Nothing, everything was excellent and as reviewed.

Luca was amazing. Very nice made a great restaurant recommendation right across the street.
It was okay for just a quick overnight place to sleep before an early morning flight.
