great time

the location was right on the beach love waking up and have my coffee on the balcony listening to the wave they had paddle boards, kayaks, bike and beach chairs you could use for free

Convenient location - overall comfort poor and not good communication

The location is good. The staff is friendly but there is very little communication. There was a no swim order on the beach and we could not get an accurate update from the staff. It’s an ocean property they should know. Office closes at 5:00pm

The property needs attention. The bathroom has major water damage leaks from the shower - toilet was iffy if would fly flush - bed very u comfortable - cheap linens and coverlets - bad pillows - not comfortable. At the price per night they could do better !

We loved our time there!

We love walking out the door and being right on the beach close to the ocean.

We wish the ocean side rooms had dividers between the units. Maybe bamboo or concrete walls for a little more privacy. We will be back regardless though!

Great views and friendly people

Staff were super friendly and the views of the beach were amazing. Our room was very cozy. We even saw sea turtle nests which was a lot of fun and learning for the kids. The beach was fantastic and not crowded at all.

I wish there were blackout curtains on the windows. The light coming through was fairly bright both night and morning.

Wonderful location

The location was awesome. The staff were very friendly. It was great that they offered free rentals for stand-up boards, kayaks and chairs

We found roaches every day we were there. At night if you got up to go to the bathroom you would definitely see them scurrying about. I did call the office to report it and they quickly sent somebody to put down bug killer. Unfortunately we found them in the kitchen cabinets, bathroom, bedrooms and living room. It was literally throughout the entire unit.

Way too expensive for the accommodations provided.

They location was exceptional. The complimentary kayaks were a nice addition. The staff was friendly. And the shark teeth were plentiful!

The rooms were very outdated, for the amount of money that we paid they should at least do some renovations. It was like taking a trip back in time and not necessarily in the best way. The couch was older than I am. Toilet didn’t flush properly. The blinds kept falling down. Water pressure was absolutely horrible. And the community wasn’t very friendly to outsiders. The boaters in the bay were very inconsiderate to people kayaking and flew up and down the small canal, it was difficult not to tip over. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The beach was very close. Location was great, only a few steps to the beach.

The cost of room compared to quality of room. It was expensive for the quality of room. The kitchen utensils/supplies came from the Dollar Tree store. The room needs updated.

Cozy, comfortable, tons of value, plenty to do that won't cost you a thing!

Very friendly staff, wonderful clean rooms, and the location is absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway on the ocean! The space was exceptional for familys!

The overall finish quality of the rooms could use some more refinement and they most definitely use some better windows with screens.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway at WannaB Inn

Location, location, location. WannaB is adjacent the Stump Pass Beach State Park and Stump Pass is a mile south of the property, which I've found typically has very clear water that is teaming in wildlife based on three years of boating in this area of FL. With WannaB having frontage on both the gulf and ICW, it is the perfect place for water lovers to visit, swim, fish, boat, and relax. WannaB has a lot of boat dock space and a launch right on site, which is very convenient and could be used to launch your own kayaks and/or SUPs you bring. The free kayak, SUP, and bike rentals at the office were a great bonus that I wasn't even aware of when booking this place. Our stay was over a colder/windy weekend, so the kayaks and SUPs were readily available our entire stay. On a nicer weekend, I'm sure their is a lot less availability. WannaB also have a small, well stocked convenience store in the office that was a nice treat. Even had Cheesecake Factory cheesecake slices for sale. With not expecting too much from WannaB based on the price, we found ourselves pleasantly surprised the entire weekend about things we loved about the resort.

Not much. The place is a bit dated and eclectic, but it is done is a very fun way. The place was very clean. It had everything you needed. For the price , I don't think you can beat the value of WannaB.

Heard the price was going up waaay too much, so booked elsewhere.

What breakfast? Nautilus location is wonderful. As a single traveler, your efficiency studio was perfect. And, having come to Englewood and Manasota Key of and on for 30+ years, all my favorite places were easy to get to.

I felt that not enough info was given to "first time renters". I did not know how many quarters the washer and dryer machines took. I really think you need more of them in more areas. Also, I had no idea how to mail a letter (and I even asked in the office). Yes, there's a mail box outside, but when and what does one do? This info should be in the book. Also, pictures of your actual room types on your web pages would be nice. I was interested in a 2 bedroom for 2023, but no pictures, so I booked something else for next year.

My stay was very disappointing!

Was not aware they offered breakfast. Good location near beach.

I went through booking,com my conformation showed beach front but my room was not beach front. When I asked about it was told next time go through you not booking.com no offer to make good my conformation. I chose a room with a queen bed and sofa bed so I could have one bed and my grown son could have the other we didn't want to sleep in the same bed. The sofa bed had no sheets or blanket, when I called for them I was charged $50.00 for the linens!!!! Ridiculous!!I I will not be recommending you for sure.

The staff was nice, great location. The mattresses were terrible. I even tried the sleeper sofa hoping it was better than the bed. Everything was very clean perfect for the beach. There was a convention of boaters so we had to park down a little bit. The party was under our building. They were all nice but loud and clapping til 2am. I wish we had been moved to a different location as we could hear everything.

.We loved the closeness to the beach and the restaurants. There is a golf cart to pick you up and drop you off. Staff very friendly
