Staff molto cortese. Tornerò anche la prossima volta!

The property is very good located, 10 minutes walk from the city walls. The rooms were clean and we had room cleaning every day.
There were supermarkets, a pharmacy and some great coffee shops nearby- perfect for a quick breakfast.
Poor noise isolation; the AC was noisy.

"Great place to stay - spotlessly clean, large comfortable room with private balcony. Staff were so helpful and quick to respond to questions. Location just outside Lucca walls close to the bus. Highly..."
