2 couples in our group. The condo was perfect. Location was great for skiing, heading into downtown or as we had below freezing temps & major wind gusts, staying in & watching football & getting take out. Good Times Adventures for Dog Sledding was a blast for something other than skiing. The condo was super clean & has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again & recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The condo was, as described, close to town, directly on the shuttle route, clean, covert comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was friendly and communicated the check-in process well in advance of our stay.

I've rented a lot of Vrbo and have to rate this one of the best on cleanliness and how well it was stocked. Great location. Only thing that keeps it from being perfect is the Stove could use some work and get rid of one table in the Master and add a king size bed instead of the queen. Highly recommend this stay.

Location to downtown and ski lift, communication and decor were A+. Two main concerns are the mattress on the pull out couch was almost non existent. The oven has a prominent gas smell when in used and fills the condo. We decided to eat out 3/4 nights due to this. Other than this two concerns, we enjoy our stay.

We really enjoyed the condo and would stay here again. Very friendly and responsive owner and property manager. A 5 minute walk to Charter Sports, very close to the Quicksilver lift, where we rented and stored our equipment. Also an easy walk to town. Only minor drawbacks were the gas fireplace not working and the sofa bed mattress could use replacing.

Richard was a great host. Condo was just as described. 5 min walk to the slopes and close to everything on main Street. Condo was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and W&D. Only thing i would note is that grill is not available for short term rentals. Richard thanks again for a great stay in breck! Would def love to stay again

I travelled all the way from Australia with my two teenage daughters and the condo surpassed expectations of what we saw online. It has such a warm and cozy ski-chalet feel and was super clean with all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. The location is superb....just a 5-minute walk to the start of Main Street and a 6-minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift. The hot tub after a day of skiing was sensational. We loved it and would definitely book it again. 10 out of 10 for us.

The property is just as described. The location is great, the check in/out process simple and the accomodations are great. Loved the rustic style, size was ideal for 4 people, and you were just a short walk from anything you needed. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great condo! About a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street. Only downside was subfloor and neighbors above were quite noisy. Could hear just about everything! Overall great stay though!

The condo was close to downtown within walking distance of restaurants and shops, yet away from noise and traffic. The condo had everything we needed and we loved the split bedrooms. Works especially nice for two couples. The décor was very nice and fits with the Breckenridge theme. The property manager, Scott was available and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend the condo.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is just as pictured, the bedrooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. It was very quiet although it looked like most units were occupied. We were conveniently within walking distance to downtown. We would stay there again!

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo near the Quicksilver lift. Very clean. Everything was in order. Loved especially the gas fireplace and the locking outdoor ski closet which is right outside the front door. This place is very cozy. We walked to the ski lift (about 7-9 minute walk), and walked to dinners & shopping downtown. There’s also a great space to store your ski boots, pants, jacket at the end of the day, right inside the front door.

What an amazing and cozy property this is !! Walking distance to the bus stop, ski lifts and town. Parking right in front of the property was a bonus especially in the snow. The condo had EVERYTHING and more definitely well stocked with all the comforts of home! The kitchen and bathrooms nicely remodeled. The jacuzzi was nice after a day of skiing. Also after a long day of skiing my kids loved sitting on the most comfortable couch with the fire place on. I can go on and on. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Definitely be back!! BTW the negative comment was a VRBO issue. NOT the owner.

I’m shocked we were able to find a property like this in such short notice. Definitely lucked out! Perfect location, walking distance to the slopes and the town. It was comfy, had everything we needed to cook meals, & the property manager was quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this property!

Our family came for the first time for a Colorado ski vacation. This condo was awesome. The location was absolutely perfect. We could walk to ski lifts, the gondola, restaurants and stores. It was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We are already planning our return trip for next year.

The pictures and description of the property were spot on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The heat Is in the floor so make sure not to turn it up past 70 degrees. The gem was the location which is truly walking distance from Quicksilver Super Chair, the family friendly slope and area restaurants. Provided cable tv but adding streaming via Roku or Apple TV would be a plus. Thanks Richard for being a great host and Scott for the attention on property.
