Location is good and apartment was very comfy

The furniture is a bit old and need to be cleaned.

The location is amazing and close to everything (tram station, grocery shop, cafes and restaurants) and 12-15 mins to the city centre. The property is modern and amazing in addition to that it’s equipped with everything. I definitely will stay there again when i back Vienna.

Loved the location, size of apartment, amenities

The air-conditioning did not work down stairs in the bedroom so it for very hot at night.

Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated. Easy to walk everywhere. Restaurants across the street are pretty good.

Great location. Being just behind Rathaus opens possibilities for many close by walking-distance attractions. The self check in code for both the door downstairs and the apartment made it very non complicated. The weather was not too hot so the AC was not needed that much, but the fact that they have it it's great for Vienna since most places don't have it (I used to live in Vienna so I appreciated that a lot)

For a family with 2 kids this was way too small and I feel like it was falsely advertised as being an option for 4. I would not have more than 3 people in it, since the 'sofa' which was suppose to be for the kids barely is enough for one person. Given that reason, plus the construction place in front, noise from the street (not that noisy but still not a quiet location), I feel like the value for money was not there. Nevertheless, location is great.

Location is super convenient for walking around, just 5 min away from museums and the park. Underground Parking is across the street in case you have a car, and Billa supermarket as well. There is AC in the apartment though it wasn’t looking the way you’d expect. Anyways it keeps the room cool. Small kitchen is there and also laundry room downstairs.

The apartment we stayed in was one bedroom. It has weird configuration in terms of planned space and is quite old. It is poorly cleaned (carpet, etc). The bathroom was nice, everything is fine there. But overall things are basic and quite used. Outside the apartment literally few meters away from the window is ongoing construction though it wasn’t noise as no one worked there.

Excellent location

Not the best for a small family, balcony unsafe and unlockable. The AC also wasn’t very effective and the flat felt hot even through the nights.

Convenient central location, spacious arranged over two floors, easy access process, quiet although on a busy intersection.

Narrow stairs connecting living and bedroom, not convenient to move two big bags, especially for elderly people, so bags have to remain in top floor living room.

Spacious apartment with modern amenities

Communication from staff was very poor and amenities stated that would be included were not. no attempt from the staff to correct the issues despite multiple emails attempting to reach out. Specifically booked this location for air conditioning availability which was not present.

Modern apartment in an historic building with high ceilings. Excellent standard of furnishings. Central location with lots of convenience stores close by.

Some places will have a bit more coffee and creamers like in a restaurant that are “haltbar” for a while. This is really great if you can make it to a grocery on the arrival day.

The apartment was veery cosy. Had everything needed, amazing for the value. it was in a 5 minute walk distance from Hofburg and 10 minute walk distance from Stephansplatz. the staff was very helpful, i had 2 requests throughout my stay and they solved everything under 5 minutes. Would stay again, highly recommend

The apartment was in a great location and made Vienna very accessible. There were plenty of cafes and shops nearby. There was good amenities with a coffee machine, fridge, washing machine and good quality WiFi.

The accommodation was slightly dusty. We also had an incident where toiletries were put on a glass shelf and the shelf completely smashed hurting one of my parties foot. We informed the accommodation of this but have heard nothing back. Communication from accommodation was poor. We emailed 2 days prior to checkout and then the day before and day of check out however have heard nothing back.
