The layout is great for couples. Each bedroom is large with its own closet and bathroom. More towels, hand towels,were requested and the owner had those delivered to us. A toaster would have been nice. If the rooms had a dresser that would have been more convenient and more hangers for sure.
But for our group the outlay was perfect !

My 50th birthday with friends from all over the country! The house is perfect for 4 couples, spacious with private bathrooms in each. The owner was very kind and communicative. I do recommend a deep cleaning and minor repairs but our overall experience was great.

Of all the properties we have stayed at, this was absolutely the worst. Came in to ants in the kitchen, bath/shower that didn't work at all, mold in another bath, garbage disposal not working with sink smelling and not draining properly, front door lock with low battery that didn't always lock, vertical blinds in living room and kitchen with only about 30% coverage which was not good when late afternoon sun shown in. We couldn't sit in either room. We have a pretty flexible group, but this was ridiculous. Ended up contacting the property manager 6 times. The first time was the day of arrival, but because their check-in in 5pm, no one could do anything. She said they would come out the next day. That didn't happen so we called back. She said they would come out the following day. They did come out, but only fixed some of the issues above. Never fixed the front lock. The manager said not to worry because it was a nice neighborhood. This house was probably nice once upon a time, but it has been totally overlooked by the owner, not check on by the managing company who is relying on housekeepers who are blinded to the problems. Probably want to cross this off your list. There are so many other good properties available.

There are a few things that need fixed, but overall it is a pretty solid place to stay. Blinds in the downstairs bedroom are broken and one of the couples didn’t like that. The garbage disposal is also broken and we cooked everyday. I was also disappointed that both cue sticks were broken.

The property fitted our needs perfectly. Very spacious and located just minutes away from the BR Cohn WInery where our niece's wedding took place. And so many winery's to choose from for tastings before the wedding. Overall great weekend.

Really liked house and neibohood. Only downside was trash was stacked on side of house and was starting to stink. It had not been picked up in some time. But nice house and good time

Pros: Near downtown Sonoma, all bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated, and located in a quiet neighborhood.
Cons: The kitchen sink faucet head leaks, the window blinds in the kitchen and main living room are missing pieces; hence, anyone can look in at you. The first floor bedroom and bathroom have issues. The blinds are missing pieces; hence, anyone can look in at you. The toilet paper holder is broken. The toilet seat is loose and needs to be tightened. The shower head leaks. The exhaust fan timer acts up and goes on and off all the time. The shelves are broken in the closet. The bathroom door handle is loose and needs to be fixed. The main staircase has spakling on part of the wall and it still needs to be painted. The closet door at the top of the steps has a broken hinge. The intake heating vent located at the entrance to the main staircase is filled with dust and needs to be cleaned. Outside are three trash cans filled with old trash, plus 10 garbage bags filled with trash from previous renters. We were disappointed in the place, considering the price that we paid.

Perfect set-up for 4 college buddies to hang out very comfortably together. Excellent location -- quick drive to downtown Sonoma but out in a very serene rustic neighborhood.

The house is very well -laid out and equipped for up to 4 couples to share. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the living area are spacious.
The location is really convenient to downtown Sonoma and the numerous wineries in the area.

We had a terrible getting the code to get in. Spent 25 minutes outside the house trying to get in touch with property manager to get code. It was clean, but needs some work. Walls are chipped and need painted, pool table is not level, blinds are broken , so you can’t cover the windows, kitchen is not very well stocked and they give very limited towels. Overall, good location, but don’t expect a view, houses very close. Would be nice to have more info on expectations of what needs to be done before leaving.

Neighborhood was quiet and full of nice houses. The noise ordinance was not a big deal for us because our group prefers quiet evenings to relax. Location to food and drinks was fantastic. Nothing in real walking distance but easy short drives got us where we needed to go. All around great stay.

The recently updated home is located in a very quite area. The facility was in excellent condition as it looks like the home was very recently updated. The four bedroom with an individual bathroom for each bedroom was a great layout for myself and 3 of my staff on a business trip. I would highly recommend this facility.

I went uo with some family to enjoy wine tasting with family. 2 people needed to cancel and the owners were nice enough to consider canceling our stay. We ending up going through with the rental. The owners were so COOL and easy to talk to. When we arrived at the place, I kid you not there were SIGNS up and down the street on every lawn saying basically you are a guest in this neighborhood, keep it down, and we will call the police on you if you don't. It was shocking and unwelcoming. It made us super uncomfortable. When we got inside on the welcome sheet it said we had to be "Library quiet". This was not the stay we had imagined. I was left feeling like they shouldn't rent out places here because they don't want you to be there. Which is not the vibe we wanted to be in (especially at this price point). I was very reluctant to share this but I wish I would have known what we were getting into before we booked. Sorry to say this because the owners were awesome. I just wish the neighborhood was as friendly.

If the owner would like 5 star reviews he should fix these small problems.

Beautiful property Very clean very well planned for a group of friends where everyone have their own room and their own bathroom and shower I love having the kitchen upstairs and the balcony overall it is an amazing property thank you very much
