This spacious townhouse accommodates 7 Lucky guests comfortably, with all of the high-end amenities one could dream of! Upon arrival, guests enter into the wide open living area. Spacious and bright, the floor to ceiling windows overlook tree-lined Tattnall Street. There is ample seating for the whole family, and friends. Rightfully so, the living room is your cool end-of-day hang out, or your morning gathering spot to plan your day. Beyond the living room, an open plan kitchen with an attached formal dining area. Enjoy stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops - the perfect backdrop for entertaining friends and family. Choose a formal meal at the dining table fit for eight, or enjoy a glass of wine at the kitchen island before walking to one of Savannah's best restaurants. Upstairs, you'll find all three bedrooms each fitted with blackout curtains for an easy nights rest! The first is the primary bedroom with a King size bed and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Guests will enjoy the long double vanity with adjacent walk-in shower, all fit with marble tile floors. The second guest room features a king size bed and spacious closet, while the third offers two plush twin size beds. Both rooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo just outside the hall. We stayed with our family for two nights in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable home. Decorated with great taste, comfortable beds and all the comforts of home. Close to many restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely be coming back!❤️

Wonderful rental located near Forsyth Park, Broughton Street and Midtown. Modern and open floor plan. Very clean and equipped with everything you need! Location was perfect to walk to restaurants, exercise in the park and shopping on Black Friday! Beds were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family! One of the best rentals I have stayed in - Lucky Savannah Rocks!

We stayed at the Chateau on Tattnall for a girl’s getaway and we’re so happy with our choice. This was a beautiful home that had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and the Master suite with bathroom was very luxurious. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the rental company was Very helpful with all of the information necessary for our stay. We were about a mile from the riverfront but we enjoyed walking everywhere. We hope to be back and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental in Savannah. The location was great (close to Forsyth Park; easy walk into downtown Savannah; safe location). The beds were comfortable and the rental was very clean and easy to enter/exit. The only downside was the TV options. It was great to have a TV in each bedroom in addition to the living room but only basic cable was supplied. All appeared to be smart TVs but we couldn't figure out how to stream with the usual apps (Netflix, Hulu, etc). We unsuccessfully tried to connect our Apple devices through Apple AirPlay. We ended up hardwiring with an HDMI cable which allowed us to stream movies off a laptop. There is a DVD player supplied but we could not find a single DVD in the rental to pop into it. There have been so many movies filmed in or around Savannah. It would have been nice to have those as selections to watch as one winds down in the evening after a day of exploring — notably "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil", "Glory" or "Something to Talk About", just to name a few.
We would stay in this rental again, for sure. It was a safe haven to return to after many hours of exploring.

I cannot express enough how beautiful, safe and nice this place is. This is truly the most beautiful place we have ever stayed!!! Location is AWESOME!!! We walked to a lot!! Also we felt VERY safe! We are women between age of 23-29 so safety was a must for us. Do your self a favor and book this place. I have never been so upset to leave a place. SAVANNAH WE LOVE YOU!!!

I stayed here with my brothers and sister and the house was perfect. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The location is perfect for exploring Savannah and there is free parking at the house. The house has everything you need for your stay and was even nicer than the pictures.

We booked this property as part of a road trip we had planned for my father-in-law’s 70th birthday. This house was wonderful! We all slept very comfortably and the location was perfect. We loved walking to the park in the morning. The owners were very responsive and the house was very clean. We would definitely rebook again.

Wow! This place was perfect for my family of 5. Beautiful home with super comfortable beds. We spent most of our time exploring the city, but loved coming home to this beautiful place. Older neighborhood with gorgeous trees and this might sound a little weird, but it smells like a new house and I loved that each time we walked in.

We loved our trip and this home so so much. It is such a beautiful home with the feeling of tranquility throughout. We sat and had coffee every morning in a the front room with all the beautiful windows looking out to an incredibly beautiful tree lined road.
All the beds were so co comfortable and were provided with everything we needed. They didn’t miss a thing.
We are so happy we booked this home and will for sure be coming back here again. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Traveled with friends to Savannah for a few days. The only regret I have is not booking this place longer. What a beautiful home. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The parking was definitely a plus. I would not hesitate booking this home for future stays.

Beautiful townhouse on a quiet street. Close to Forsyth and all that Savannah has to offer. One parking spot fit for nothing larger than a small SUV. Street parking never an issue.

We loved the location of this beautiful rental. We had room for both my family of 4 and my sister’s family of 3. Very close to Forsyth Park which we walked in almost every day, only a few blocks away. If you choose to, you could walk to most locations, but we chose to drive most places as my sister is 7.5 months pregnant. We always found parking close to where we wanted to go. The parking space in the back of the property was perfect as we didn’t have to worry about finding a spot on the street. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, and it appeared to have enough kitchen supplies to cook meals in, but we ate out for almost all meals as there were several great restaurants in Savannah! We encountered a small problem with the bathroom shower and a quick call to the rental company and they had someone at the house within 15-20 minutes to fix it! If we ever return to Savannah, we would definitely stay here again!

Chateau on Tattnall was beautiful, clean and cozy. It was rainy most of the weekend and we opted to hang out and play games at the house instead of exploring downtown after supper on Saturday night. Check in and checkout was easy, and having secure off street parking was a bonus.

There was plenty of room for 5 of us to sit comfortably in the living room (facing each other, not all facing the TV!) and the dining room. It was so pretty. We would rebook if going to Savannah again without any reservations whatsoever.

This property is awesome and was great for our extended ladycation weekend. All of the furniture is very comfortable. All we could say for the first couple of hours was "Oh! Wow! Look!". The only complaint I have is, not enough wash cloths for all of us for the length of stay and the upstairs could use wastebaskets in the bedrooms. But we are planning another stay here. The location is great, just at the edge of the busy part of the historical district.

This wonderful home has been immaculately restored and is exactly as it appears in the pictures. There was plenty of room, the furniture was comfy, the bedding was luxurious, and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to Forsyth Park, even for my 74 year old mother. The free bus/trolly was convenient and offered easy access to everything Savannah has to offer - including River Street. The neighborhood was so quiet and beautiful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous townhome in heart of historic Savannah. The property was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed to allow for cooking family meals. Close to all Savannah attractions and parking was not an issue. I will rebook when traveling there in the future.

My gielfriend and I both celebrated birthdays in August and decided to plan a quick getaway to Savannah. We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful townhome. It was just as described by other reviewers. This townhome was very clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and the kitchen and baths were furnished with all of the essentials and amenities. There is a beautiful screened porch on the back with two chaise loungers but it rained during our stay so we did not get to enjoy it. The neighborhood was quiet during the entire visit and we felt safe coming and going. There is a gated parking area in the back but if you have a large vehicle it may not fit or you may be unable to close the gate. I would certainly stay here again and definitely recommend this property to others.

Top Notch Tattnall
Our stay at the Chateau on Tattnall was nothing short of fantastic. The house was even better than the pictures on the listing. The home is in immaculate shape. The parking was ample. Our 4 days here were a true delight and we cannot recommend this property enough to everyone looking for a great stay in Savannah.

Beautiful Home
This house was a beautiful house and was even better than the photos. My family loved it and we were very pleased with everything in the home. Since we drive a large SUV, we had to park in front of the house versus in the driveway. There was always an empty spot so it wasn’t an issue. It rained most of the time we were in Savannah so we mainly stayed in the house so it helped that it was so nice. Definitely recommend!

Immaculate 😍July 4th weekend🇺🇸
It was absolutely perfect for our needs. We met our son that is station at Joint Air force Base Charleston, Sc for the 4th of July weekend. We had 5 adults, and there was more than enough space for sitting, watching tv and eating meals. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. 🎉🇺🇸🎊We would definitely stay here again.
