Great view of the ocean from a very spacious deck. Having private bathrooms was a plus. Kitchen had every gadget you could want or need. Beds sleep well and overall it was really nice place to stay.

Definitely recommended to stay: the condo looked just like the vrbo pics… The Managers of this condo property answered the phone &/or our text messages quickly to help answer any questions &/or concerns we needed fulfilled… we loved the beach & pool convenience, & used the stairs often verses the elevator!!! Then Around the corner, we found a pickleball court to play one morning… we would definitely stay here again…

We’ve stayed at several of the condos managed by this property manager and they are always top notch! Condos are always clean and furnishings are always super nice. The kitchen has everything you could need if wishing to make a meal at the condo. We love this end of the beach as it tends to be quiet and family friendly. You cannot go wrong staying here!

The owners communicated everything in a very timely manner and were very helpful when I had questions. The condo had everything we could possibly want and more. Provided plenty of beach thing for kids as well as beach towels (which we’d never had before). Fully recommend this condo and the complex. We had multiple family members staying in different floors and they had similar experiences with their owners as well.

Tropic Winds unit 602 has everything you want and need in beachfront vacation accommodations. The condo features a fully equipped updated kitchen. The three bedrooms are large and the master has access to the huge balcony which has plenty of seating for lounging or eating or playing games at the table. The smart TV in the living room allowed us to access our favorite Netflix series and to catch our local news from Atlanta. Scott and his family are the perfect hosts who have thought about everything guests will need to make their stay memorable and enjoyable. The close proximity to Pier Park makes this perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

We had 5 people staying in the condo for one week, four adults and one three year old. It was great that the condo was stocked with plenty of beach toys, beach chairs, etc. We did not have to bring any of those items with us from home. Beds were comfy. Location was great. Close to Winn Dixie. Salty Sues restaurant was fantastic, highly recommend. The pool at the property was nice as well, portion indoor and outdoor. The gas grills worked for grilling a few nights.

Loved the condo! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. Loved watching the ocean from the balcony and listening to the waves! Would swim in the ocean and if it got to hot then we would jump in the pool.

Property was Great! Lots of chairs and things for Beach no need to bring anything extra from home, place has everything you will need.
Master bedroom could use a new mattress set for bed( a little uncomfortable) but we made it work other than that I loved the place and will be back! The Property management on site and by email was very helpful.

The condo was a perfect size for our family of 5. Appliances and furnishings were in good condition, nothing was in bad repair.
Check in was easy. The owners were always quick to respond. The location was perfect. Right on the beach, great views and a perfect sugary beach.
The property managers put chairs and umbrellas out each day for us to use and there was a pool and hot tub as well.
This is a great location if you want a quiet retreat from the crazy Spring Break crowd closer to the main drag. Easy to get to with a parking garage.

Beautiful view of the ocean. We opened the curtains e ery morning and had coffee while we enjoyed the ocean view. Room was clean and new furniture.

We stayed one week in this Condo.
It is a very nice Condo.
Inside parking close to the elevator for easy luggage moving.

This Condo had everything we needed plus some.
Kitchen has everything you need for cooking in if you want to.
Closet has chairs,umbrellas,beach towels, snorkeling gear, sand castle tools, nets.
You need it,it has it.
Could not find a better place in Panama City unless you are just one of those people.
The entire place was nice as well.
Grounds well kept and I never saw anyone getting rowdy.
Very nice Family Atmosphere.
Would stay here again and again and never look for another place.
The Family that manages this rental, the are great and and never had to wait long for replies. Very professional and very polite. Never had a problem.
One last thing.
The private desk was probably one of my favorite things about the place. It stayed in the shade all day and cool with the nice breeze.

I would definitely recommend this place to stay while in the Panama City area. The condo is immaculate, decorated and furnished with the very best. The layout allows for a lot of privacy if additional family members are staying. Of course the view from the condo is the very best.
The location of the condo is very convenient to restaurants and shopping.
No doubt when we visit Panama City this is the place we will stay if at all possible!
My wife and I are already looking forward to the next visit.

We just returned from another stay in Unit 602 for our family vacation. We love this unit because it has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, which means everyone has their own space!! The unit is immaculate and beautifully decorated and the pictures you see are totally accurate! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare any type of meal and the full size washer and dryer comes in handy in keeping your clothes and beachwear clean and dry.
We have rented from Scott many times and I can tell you he is the greatest to work with! Check out all of his listings on the website and rest assured any of these units are well worth it because they are hands down some of the best in PCB!!!

Great condo! Great Location!
We love this condo building, and enjoyed this unit with our kids! One of the reasons we stay at Tropic Winds is the spacious balconies. Very nice to be able to hang out and be near the ocean even if the weather isn’t perfect. We recommend it and will hopefully be back to this unit ourselves!

This is our 3rd stay at Tropic Winds, and this condo was the best ever!! It was very clean and well stocked. It was decorated beautifully!! Had lots of things for the beach! We had a Great time! This will be our first choice next time. Scott was great and responded within minutes with answers! A good time was had by all!!!

This place is Perfect!
I've come to Panama City Beach for 30+ years and this has to be the most well equipped place that I've ever stayed in. This place is nicely decorated and clean. The bedrooms are spacious. It is quiet and not crowded yet very close to Pier Park. Communication with Scott was effortless. I would definitely recommend this place.

Four sisters, brother and his wife visited the last week of September. We range in age from 65 to 78. This was a very special trip after the loss of our oldest sister, one spouse, and a year of being shut in because of COVID19. We had a great.time visiting together, swimming in the ocean, going on an evening cruise, and sampling the local fare. The location of this condo was convenient to restaurants, groceries, and Pier Park. The unit was nice and clean for the most part. (The tub in the first bedroom to the left was really dirty. You could see footprints in the surface.) The garbage cans had liners, but when you removed the liners all of the cans were nasty. The balcony was a wonderful place to eat, enjoy the beach and the sea breeze, get some rays, read a book, or just hang out for some stimulating conversation. The furnishings were nice, clean, and comfortable. While we were there a few things happened in the unit. A light bulb went out in one of the bedrooms. The plumbing under the sink in the first bedroom to the left leaked and soaked our toilet paper and towels. Brother hand tightened the fittings and no more leaks. The television in the living room had a problem with sound and made voices difficult to understand. The last night we were there, the dishwasher didn’t open the soap dispenser when it should have. We found unused soap had run down the door and was puddled in the bottom of the dishwasher. We left the dishwasher running when we left. With the exception of the television all of these incidents were things that could occur in any home. The only reason I mention them is for the owners to check and do repairs if needed. The process of renting was quick and easy. Communication regarding key codes, unit availability at arrival, parking policies, etc was exceptional…no waiting, just unpack and enjoy your vacation. In spite of the few things that were inconvenient, I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

The property was very nice. The unit was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need. I loved the unit. The location on the beach was perfect. The parking was wonderful. I am looking forward to staying there in the future.

Everything about this trip amazing especially the accommodations. We had everything we needed and a lot more! The place was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony can not be beat! I have stayed tropic winds before and was excited to bring my mother with limited mobility back to enjoy the oversized balconies and for the stair free entry to beach. I was thrilled !!! This unit was far better than expected especially for moms needs - wide walkways, tiled floors throughout, grab bars in the tubs and normal height dinning room chairs . Nice to have games, beach towels and beach toys to use so we didn’t have to pack or purchase . We were all very pleased. We will be back for sure!!!

We had a great time! The property definitely met our standards. Great location. We had 7 in our party and the space didn’t feel cramped-plenty of room to be comfortable. Our contact for this property was exceptional. They always, always, always responded promptly to any questions I had. Would recommend staying here if given the chance!

FABULOUS Vacay at PCB in Tropic Winds 602
My sister, niece and nephew and I throughly enjoyed our week vacation in Tropic Winds 602 on PCB. The condo is VERY well kept and clean. They also offered plenty of beach toys and chairs which was unexpected and very thoughtful. One of the convenient things about this condo is.... the reserved parking space is on the 4th level. (Which seems bad because the parking garage is a tight squeeze) BUT since the unit is on the 6th floor - at the same end as the parking spot - it was EASY to use the stairs when the elevators were super busy just to go from our condo to the car or vice versa. only 2 flights on the same end!
The condo is extremely well managed and Scott and Leigh are great to work with. The balcony is one of the BEST on the beach. I HIGHLY recommend this condo!
