About this house rental
Charming, highly functional 5-room house with a garden on Kerleven Beach, facing the Glénans Islands. Large living room, large kitchen, three bedrooms—one on the first floor overlooking the garden, and two upstairs, one of which has a balcony. Two bathrooms. The garden is equipped with lounge chairs, a barbecue, and a large table.
There’s a sailing school at the Port de la Forêt-Fouesnant, which you can reach on foot via the beach. You can also take a boat trip on the Odet River or to the Glénans Islands, where you can enjoy lobster and swim in crystal-clear waters. Don’t miss the Friday market in Concarneau and the Sunday market in La Forêt-Fouesnant. Places to visit include the walled town of Concarneau, Quimper, and Pont-Aven with its artists’ residences. Buses connect Quimper, Concarneau, and La Fôret-Fouesnant. TGV trains arrive in Quimper, and flights land in both Quimper and Brest. So, welcome!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Jean-Jacques qui est située très proche de la mer.
Le restaurant qui jouxte la maison est à recommander, mais ne pas oublier de réserver.
La région est très belle.

The property is very well situated for access to Kerleven beach. Well equipped overall, plenty of towels etc.
But no WiFi!
This was a problem for us, with online work deadlines which required WiFi!
In heavy rain the bedroom balcony leaked water down into the lounge below.
The decor was fading yet charming and anyone with allergies might struggle with the cobwebs and dust hovering around.
Many of the lamps lacked bulbs.
Very well placed for a lovely coffee or food at the Copa restaurant.
Perfect position for access to the beautiful beach.
