In the heart of the perched village of La Garde-Adhémar, classified among Les Plus Beaux Villages de France, discover La Closerie d'Escalin. This characterful residence with enclosed garden, shaded terraces and open-air hot tub is ideal for moments of absolute relaxation with family or friends.
Entirely renovated whilst retaining its old-world charm (exposed stonework, antique furniture), La Closerie d'Escalin, classified 3-star holiday rental, can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
On the ground floor:
•Entrance with guest WC
•Equipped kitchen
•Through dining room with large wooden table and direct access to the panoramic vaulted terrace offering a postcard view over the valley and garden
•TV lounge area, games room with table football and board games (Uno, Scrabble, card games)
On the first floor:
•5 atypical and air-conditioned bedrooms:
oSimiane: 1 bed 160x200
od'Escalin: 1 bed 160x200
oTilleul: 1 bed 160x200
oGuêpier: 1 bed 160x200
oLinette: dormitory with 4 single beds 90x200, with access to a private terrace
•1 shower room, 1 bathroom with WC, and an independent WC
Behind the dining room, a secret garden opens between stone walls:
•Lawn area and sun loungers
•6-person hot tub, accessible year-round
•Shaded garden seating for naps or aperitifs
•Gas barbecue area
•Covered terrace with table tennis table
•Vaulted cellar room to enjoy an evening in the cool
To note:
•Jacuzzi not usable as a swimming pool (water to be replaced if soiled, possible charge at checkout)
•Decorative fireplaces (non-functional – fires prohibited)
•Late checkout available out of season (until 3pm) for 99 € – on request
•Private parking for 4/5 vehicles in front of the "CLOSERIE D'ESCALIN" signs. Public car park 5 mins' walk away

propriété très bien située et très bien équipée pour petits et grand!
literie au top! à part les oreillers....
belle salle de séjour grandes chambres(dommage ce soit de la moquette au sol...) avec 2 belles salles de bain neuves
bref je conseille !

Le lieu est superbe, l'environnement également.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis.
La "maison" est très bien équipée, tout le confort y est avec pas mal de services et de quoi passer de bons moment en intérieur comme en extérieur.
L'organisation avec l'agence est fluide et ils sont plutôt arrangeants.
Seul petit bémol, l'annonce laisse penser que l'on est totalement isolé mais la cour enherbée (avec les transat') donne directement sur celle des voisins. Attention au bruit donc !
Pour le reste rien à redire, tout était parfait !
