This recently updated condo in Breckenridge sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features new furnishings and electronics. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan to the dining and living areas invites gathering at the end of a long day on the slopes. Crystal Peak Lodge is a ski in/ski out complex that offers shared amenities, including and outdoor plaza with w/hot tubs, a fire pit, and a fireplace. Guests of Crystal Peak Lodge are able to access the shared amenities at One Ski Hill, including an indoor pool and bowling alley. The entryway offers plenty of storage for your vacation gear. This property is located on the ground floor which means no carrying luggage up and down stairs. Not to mention, you can walk right out of the property and head to the lifts that are just off the complex. The living room features new furniture, a fireplace and a flat screen TV. The sleeper sofa offers an additional sleeping arrangement and the extra sheets and blankets can be found in the closet. Off of the living room is access to the patio where you can actually see the gondola. The dining area is adjacent to the living area, surrounded by windows with access to the patio. The dining table seats six. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar at the large granite topped island seats three. Enjoy the convenience of private laundry, and laundry soap has been provided for your convenience. The first of two full bathrooms is just across from the kitchen, with a private access from the guest bedroom also. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom, just off the living room, features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and tub. The check in process was as described in the info received, but only included two key cards...for five registered guests which made logistics challenging as the key cards are required to use amenities (hot tub, ski locker, fitness center). The location at the base of peak 7 was awesome and the amenities were good. Would definitely stay again!

The facility was clean and efficient- towels for hot tub, clean shared spaces and a perfect place to sit to watch the sun rise (or moon set) The town of Breckenridge is a 10 step walk to the gondola and a 10 minute scenic ride down the mountain. It facilitated a fantastic vacation for our family!

Beware, you have to STUDY the instructions like taking the bar exam. Every time I walked through the lobby some new guests are completely lost on what to do. NO ONE is at the lobby or reception. Fireplace is a joke and they would not provide the key to increase the flame blaming it on HOA rules. Check out time at 10am! Really!!! Very cheap kitchen silverware and appliances. Can’t use the safe on premises!! Locked by the Unit’s owner for their use only? Duh (unit on ground level with few feet from Gondola’s high traffic). Communicating with staff is extremely slow. Location Great. Comfortable and Clean.

Clean and nicely furnished. Tons of pillows which is always a plus. Master bedroom - bed has a firm mattress, not the most comfortable. Second bedroom - mattress was way too firm, could not sleep on it. This is a first floor unit and if you like having windows open - take note you won’t want to in this unit. Nice to have a heated garage to park in.

We had a great time and we were happy with everything that was advertised. Shuttle service was excellent. We arrived early and weren’t able to check in yet, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were able to use the shuttle service to go check out Oktoberfest that was going on downtown. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were very impressed with the Management Co as they responded to our questions immediately. We would stay here again.

Great condo and location. Great communication. The 4:30 checkin is a little late compared to their places. Charging $15 an hour for check in is unnecessary. Also it would be helpful to have more than 1 keycard. This was a bit of an issue.

Very nice unit in a good location; however, a bit close to the gondolas as you could hear them running all day long with the open windows. Probably a better unit in the winter as the windows would be closed and you wouldn't hear the sound of them running. Was a bit nervous being on the ground floor and having to have the windows open as there is no air conditioning. We liked taking the gondola down to downtown Breckenridge. Enjoyed the free bowling, shuffle board and corn bag games that were available to the Peak 7 residents. Management was very responsive when we needed assistance.

The condo was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and excellent location right next to the gondola. This would be an excellent location for skiing. There is no a/c so we did have to use box fans in the windows.

Very frustrating. The person gave us the wrong key code. They box would not work. We could not get a hold of him. There was no help at the front desk, no one attending. The phone number that was left, no one would answer. Thank goodness I printed off the summit paperwork, so we had to call them for codes. We tried 5 different ones, 45 min later pushing and shoving and prying to get the box to open. The pool was disgusting, not been cleaned. The place was horribly hot. Half the screens were broken, so we could only open half of them. The second bedroom was supper tiny, not like the pictures showed. The door was super hard to close, screws were coming out of it. The person had no idea that he had a washer and dryer. We had brought two vehicles. The place we had to park the second car was very sketchy. We stayed up the hill so we could ride the gondolas but they were closed down. It would have been nice to know that. The main master bedroom window was right by a big fan and it ran constantly. Very loud to sleep at night. If there was an emergency there was no one to help.

This condo is very warm. Mountain air through the windows cools it off, but the windows are on the ground level. It depends on your comfort as to if you’re fine with people walking on the sidewalk right by your room with open windows while you’re sleeping. Additionally one of the windows had to be pushed closed from the outside because it wouldn’t shut from the inside. Also, the hot tubs were not operational which we were really looking forward to using. The property management never did get back to me when I texted about the hot tubs being out of order. Basically, we won’t be back.

Wonderful place. I wish there was a front staff to ask questions or help. The shuttle service was hard to figure out initially but great once found the code. The lockbox situation was annoying bc the key was stuck inside. We need more than 1 key so the family can split up. The parking pass should be in the lockbox too so it is easily found and replaced at checkout instead of leaving inside the condo. We had oxygen delivered and the as just left at unstaffed front desk which is not safe since the order is medical and had personal information but was no other option. The home itself was clean (carpet needs to be replaced) but location was great; loved 1st floor; hot tub was broken and sometimes the gondola was too which take away from overall appeal of the condo location. It was summer so extra walking to next hotel or a shuttle was fine (I think winter with all the gear would make this very annoying for no gondola access or hot tub access.) The furniture needs to be downsized for the space (really big pieces)- need less furniture to make more room - esp if more people than our 3 and winter gear. Closets were full so no place for luggage. Every piece of furniture was just BIG and the space isn’t big. However, we aren’t there long enough but if winter it would be very crowded. Bathrooms were great though. Overall 4 stars!

This is a really nice, upscale unit in a great location... right at the base of Peak 7. Common areas were very nice as well. We used the hot tubs, the gym, and the steam room/sauna. All were clean and in very nice condition.

The only suggestions that I would make is to replace the coffee maker with a Keruig, especially with the new space-saving models that are available. We tried brewing several times with the pot that is currently there with no luck. Secondly, the matress in the bedroom with the king size bed should be replaced soon.

Wonderful stay. The lodge is perfectly located at the base of Peak 7. Rented skis from Breck Sports which was right next to the ski locker. Best for skiers who want to ski blues or blacks rather than beginners. The condo faces away from the slopes with a view of the gondola.

Crystal Peak Lodge is true ski in/ski out, and this condo was perfect for our family of four over Christmas. Our two sons are ages 21 and 16, and we loved how easy it was to get to town via the gondola just steps outside the building. We were out early everyday, to ski, and it could not have been easier with the lift just steps from the locker room outside door. We hope to be back!

The condo was exceptional and was literally 20 steps to the lift. We stayed during the early part of the ski season, so the resort was pretty empty. We enjoyed the outside hot tub to ourselves in the evening. We played pool and utilized the fitness center with no one else. The condo was beautiful with everything you need. The parking garage was also easy to access. The peak 7 gondola that you can ride to town was also just steps from the condo. Complimentary coffee, cocoa and spiced cider was served in the lobby area. We will definitely be back!

This was a great vacation rental. The location was perfect to all that Breckenridge has to offer. The condo was very clean, spacious, and had all that was promised and more. I wish there would have been more advertisement to the free amenities that staying at Crystal Peak Lodge had to offer like…renting a private bowling alley for free, using the free BMMA shuttle ..which was like having your own personal UBER ride for FREE ❤️🙏🏼 Thank you for making our trip memorable. We will be back!

This property is exactly as shown and a perfect spot to stay. Hiking trails all around. A very short drive down the slope to the town of Breckenridge. The condo has everything you could need and the property managers are so attentive to detail. They communicated with us prior to our arrival, made sure the check in process went smoothly and were there for us during our entire stay. They absolutely made our time there so worry free. Can’t wait to return to this perfect spot.

Our stay at Crystal Park Lodge was a wonderful experience. Location was very nice especially appreciated the shuttle downtown because parking would have been impossible with Octoberfest & 30,000+ people in town. Beds were very comfortable & kitchen/bath were well stocked with necessities. Windows were difficult to open because cranks didn’t work well or came off. Although the unit was very clean, I would suggest the blinds & louvered doors be dusted before the busy ski season. Another suggestion would be to have some specific information (ie card with QR code) available for the shuttle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but I would rethink the cleaning fee for those that only stay one night. We paid more for cleaning than we did for the stay. But it was a beautiful place and quiet regardless of our rather loud neighbors! We didn’t hear a thing when we went to our rooms! 🤭

This property met all of our expectations! It was clean, well maintained and very comfortable for our family. The only thing that we weren’t completely happy with was the lack of function for the televisions in the bedrooms. However, we didn’t go on vacation to watch tv! Highly recommend this property and we will definitely consider rebooking if we decide to return to Breck…
